Միջազգային հանրությունն էլ չի հավատում Փաշինյանի հավաստիացումներին

2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո Փաշինյանը հայտարարում էր, թե Հայաստանում այլևս «համակարգային կոռուպցիա չկա»։ Փորձագետներն ու միջազգային կառույցները, անգամ շարքային քաղաքացիները խիստ կասկածներ էին հայտնում այդ հայտարարության վերաբերյալ։ Ընդհակառակը, փաստում, որ Փաշինյանի օրոք կոռուպցիան ավելի է ծավալվել, ավելի վայրի ու անվերահսկելի դարձել։
Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի և կոռուպցիայի մակարդակի հետազոտության Transparency International կազմակերպությունը հրապարակել է «Կոռուպցիայի ընկալման ինդեքս-2024» զեկույցը, որում ուսումնասիրված է հանրային ոլորտում կոռուպցիայի ընկալումն աշխարհի 180 երկրում և տարածքում: Հայաստանը 47 միավորով զբաղեցրել է 63-րդ հորիզոնականը: Նախորդ տարվա զեկույցում Հայաստանը 47 միավորով զբաղեցրել է 62-րդ տեղը: Յոթ տարի շարունակ մեր երկիրն առանձնակի առաջընթաց չի գրանցել այս առումով։ Կոռուպցիայի ընկալման ինդեքսը ձևավորվում է տեղացի ու երկրին ծանոթ արտասահմանցի փորձագետների ու գործարարների գնահատականների հիման վրա: Համաթիվը ցույց չի տալիս երկրում կոռուպցիայի մակարդակը, բայց մոտավոր կապված է դրա հետ։ 50-ից ցածր միավորն, ըստ հակակոռուպցիոն փորձագետների, արդեն փաստում է, որ երկրում կոռուպցիայի խնդիրը լուրջ է։
Փաստացի, Transparency International կազմակերպությունը ևս արձանագրում է Փաշինյանի խոսքերի սնանկությունը։ Իսկ գործող իշխանությունները պարբերաբար հայտնվում են կոռուպցիոն տարբեր սկանդալներում։ Մեկ անձից գնումները Փաշինյանի օրոք բազմապատիկ ավելացել են, տենդերներն ու մրցույթները շահում են պաշտոնյաների աներձագներն ու սկեսրայրները, քեռիներն ու մորաքույրները։ Հանրությանը խաբելով՝ Փաշինյանն ու իր կուսակիցներն արագորեն հարստանում են պետական բյուջեի հաշվին։
