Թուրքիայի տրանսպորտի և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Աբդուլքադիր Ուրալօղլուն հայտարարել է, որ Անկարան մեծ նշանակություն է տալիս Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև լարվածության շուտափույթ դադարեցմանը, բանակցությունների անցկացմանը և խաղաղության հաստատմանը։ Նա այս մասին ասել է CNN Turk-ին՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ինչ վիճակ է այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հետ կապված:
«Մեզ համար այս կարևոր քննարկումները շարունակվում են։ Իհարկե, այս գործընթացում պետք է հաշվի առնել նաև երկրների ազգային անվտանգությունը։ Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանը խոսում են այս հարցի շուրջ։ Կա նաև իրանական այլընտրանք, այն նույնպես սեղանին է... Ամեն դեպքում, այդ միջանցքը կանցնի այնտեղով», - ասել է Ուրալօղլուն։
Բաքուն պնդում է, որ Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանի հետ պետք է կապ ունենա Սյունիքի մարզով, բայց առանց մաքսային ու սահմանային հսկողության։ Երևանը պատրաստ է ճանապարհ տրամադրել Ադրբեջանին, սակայն առանց Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու սահմանների անխախտելիությունը կասկածի տակ դնելու:
