Արշակ Պ.-ն համացանցի միջոցով հայտնաբերել է մարմնավաճառությամբ զբաղվող Կրիստինա Ս․-ի կոնտակտային տվյալները և ի սկզբանե չունենալով մարմնավաճառի ծառայություններից օգտվելու մտադրություն՝ 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 3-ի առավոտյան բջջային հավելվածի միջոցով կապ է հաստատել Կրիստինա Ս․-ի հետ՝ այդ կերպ պարզելով նրա բնակության հասցեն և պայմանավորվել հանդիպման մասին:

2024 թվականի ապրիլի 3-ին բռնություն գործադրելու եղանակով հափշտակություն կատարելու նախնական դիտավորությամբ գնացել է նշված կնոջ բնակության հասցե՝ Երևանի բնակարաններից մեկը, խաբեությամբ՝ իրական նպատակը թաքցնելու եղանակով, ապօրինի մուտք է գործել հիշյալ բնակարան և ներկայացել որպես Կրիստինա Ս․-ի հետ նամակագրություն ունեցած հաճախորդ:
Այնուհետև մտել է լոգասենյակ, հագել է իր հետ նախապես վերցրած ձեռնոցները, վերադարձել հյուրասենյակ, մոտեցել Կրիստինա Ս․-ին, ձեռքով փակել վերջինիս բերանը և նրա դիմադրությունը հաղթահարելու նպատակով կապել է նրա ձեռքերն ու ոտքերը և բնակարանում սկսել է փնտրել գումար:
Ոչինչ չհայտնաբերելով կրկին մոտեցել է Կրիստինա Ս․-ին, և իր մոտ առկա դանակը մոտեցնելով վերջինիս պարանոցին՝ ձեռքով երկու անգամ հարվածել է նրա գլխին՝ պահանջելով հայտնել գումարները պահելու տեղը:
Տեղեկանալով, որ գումարը պահվում է անկանխիկ, վերցրել է նրա քարտը և կանխիկացում կատարելու եղանակով հափշտակել վերջինիս պատկանող 150.000 դրամը:
Գործը դատարան է ստացվել 2024-ի հուլիսի 9-ին և մակագրվել դատավոր Ռազմիկ Մարիկյանին։
Խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը։
Դատական նիստերից մեկում որոշվել է մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանքի ժամկետը երկարաձգել 3 ամիս ժամկետով՝ մինչև 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 4-ը:
Որոշումը բողոքարկվել է Վերաքննիչ դատարան։ Դատարանը որոշել է հատուկ վերանայման բողոքը մերժել՝ Երևանի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանի որոշումը թողնելով անփոփոխ:
Դատական ակտը հրապարակվել է 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 21-ին։
