Յուրի Խաչատուրով - Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ, ՀԱՊԿ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար, 1992-ից ակտիվորեն մասնակցել է ՀՀ պետական սահմանի պաշտպանությանը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում մարտական գործողություններին, գեներալ-գնդապետ

Բաքվում՝

Զեյնալ Աղաև - հայտնի է որպես լրագրողների դեմ դատական գործերով, նաև որպես «Նարդարանի» գործով դատավոր։ Այդ գործով մի շարք անձինք մեղադրվում էին Ալիևի ռեժիմի դեմ հեղաշրջման ծրագրման մեջ։

Ջամալ Ռամազանով - աչքի է ընկել 2020 թվականի պատերազմից հետո հայ գերիներին դատելով։

Երևանում՝

Սարգիս Ռաֆիկի Պետրոսյան - Ծնված՝ 1990 թվականին, 35 տարեկան, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության նախկին անդամ։

2018 թվականի ԱԺ ընտրությունների ժամանակ եղել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի պատգամավորի թեկնածու։

Նույն դատավարության տուժողների ներկայացուցիչ Սարգիս Քլոյանի դուստր Անուշ Քլոյանն էլ դատավոր Սարգիս Պետրոսյանի նախկին կուսակցական ընկերն է, այժմ՝ Ազգային Ժողովի իշխանական «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր։

Սարգիս Պետրոսյանը դատավոր է նշանակվել 2024թ. Հուլիսին, ՀՀ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի հրամանագրով:

Ովքե՞ր են դատախազները

Ադրբեջանում՝

Քյամրան Ալիև - Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազն է 2020 թվականից։ Իլհամ Ալիևի մերձավոր շրջանակից է։

Երևանում՝

Աննա Վարդապետյան – Ծնված՝ 1986 թվականին, 39 տարեկան։ 2022 թվականի հունիսի 29-ին Ազգային ժողովի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության կողմից ընտրվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ։ Մինչ այդ եղել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օգնականը։

Մեղադրանքը պաշտպանում է երեք դատախազ։ Նրանցից մեկը Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանն է։

Մյուսը Արմեն Օսեյանն է, որը պաշտոնի բարձրացում ունեցավ 2023թ․ օգոստոսից՝ Գլխավոր դատախազության պետական իշխանության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության ավագ դատախազի պաշտոնից փոխադրվելով Երևանի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի դատախազի պաշտոնին։

Մեղադրանքը պաշտպանող երրորդ դատախազը՝ Արմեն Գևորգյանը, այս դատավարության ընթացքում՝ հունվարի 23-ին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ ազատվեց շխատանքից և նշանակվեց Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ։ Մինչ այդ Գլխավոր դատախազության բնակչության առողջության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության պետն էր»։
