Հայտարարագրած գումարը չի հարկվի ՄԻԱՅՆ այն դեպքում, եթե ունենաք նվիրատվության կամ փոխառնության պայմանագրեր։ Մյուս ԲՈԼՈՐ դեպքերում, եթե կա չհիմնավորված բանկային շարժ, այն լինի 20,000, 150,000 թե 500,000 դրամ՝ ենթակա է հարկման։
