Փաստաբանների բողոքի դեմ իշխանությունը նոր միջոցներ է ձեռնարկելու

Փաստաբանների պալատի փաստաբանները երեկ մեկօրյա գործադուլ են արել՝ բողոքելով հունվարին ուժի մեջ մտած հարկային փոփոխություններից, որոնց համաձայն՝ նախկին 5 տոկոսի փոխարեն այժմ ստիպված են 38 տոկոս հարկ վճարել: Մոտ 1300 փաստաբաններ չեն մասնակցել դատական և քննչական գործողությունների, բայց ընդամենը մեկ օրով։
Ի սկզբանե, ակնհայտ էր, որ մեկօրյա գործադուլն անհրաժեշտ արդյունքը տալ չի կարող։ Թեև փաստաբանական համայնքը Հայաստանում ամենակազմակերպվածներից մեկն է, իշխանությունը հստակ նպատակ ունի ամեն կերպ նեղել նրանց, բերել խոշոր հարկման դաշտ, վերահսկողության ավելի մեծ մեխանիզմներ ստանալ։
Ավելին, ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի պնդմամբ, գործող իշխանություններն ավելի մեծ ստորություն են պատրաստում։ Հայաստանի փաստաբանների պալատը Հայաստանի փաստաբանների միության և Փաստաբանների միջազգային միության միաձուլման հետևանքով 2005 թվականին ստեղծված կազմակերպություն է՝ «Փաստաբանության մասին» Հայաստանի օրենքի ուժով։ Հայաստանում փաստաբանական գործունեությամբ կարող են զբաղվել՝ միայն պալատի արտոնագիր ունենալով։ Այժմ, մեր տեղեկություններով, նոր նախագիծ է մշակվում, որով փաստաբանների պալատին զրկելու են մենաշնորհից, կարող են մեկից ավելի ՀԿ-ներ ստեղծվել, իսկ փաստաբանական գործունեության համար արտոնագիր հարկավոր չի լինի։
Նախագիծը գրեթե պատրաստ է, իշխանությունը ցանկանում է գարնանն այն անցկացնել խորհրդարանում, ընդ որում, առանց հանրային լսումների, փաստաբանների հետ քննարկելու։ Դաշտում նման խառնաշփոթ ստեղծելով՝ իշխանություններն ավելի մեծ լծակներ կստանան փաստաբաններին ճնշելու։
