10 «գերազանցիկները». ո՞ր ընկերություններն են ապահովում բյուջեի մուտքերի 65%-ը

ՀՀ հարկային ծառայությունը հրապարակել է 2015թ. հունվար-դեկտեմբեր ամիսների 1000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների և նրանց կողմից վճարված հարկերի և տուրքերի մասին տեղեկատվություն։ Համաձայն հրապարակված տեղեկատվության՝ 2015 թվականի արդյունքներով Հայաստանի հազար խոշոր հարկատուները պետական բյուջե են վճարել 696 միլիարդ 514 միլիոն դրամի հարկեր և տուրքեր։

Հայաստանում գոյություն ունեն 96 հազարից ավել հարկատուներ, որոնք բոլորով միասին պետական բյուջե են վճարել 1 տրիլիոն 65 միլիարդ դրամի հարկեր և տուրքեր։ Ստացվում է, որ մեր պետբյուջեի մուտքերի ավելի քան 65 տոկոսը ապահովում են հենց խոշոր հարկատուները:

Սակայն այս 1000-ի մեջ ևս կան հարկատուներ, ովքեր առանձնանանում են առավել բարձր ցուցանիշներով, այդպիսով ձևավորելով հարկատուների «գերազանցիկների» 10-յակը:

Ըստ այդմ, 10 ամենախոշոր հարկատուների ցանկը ինչպես 2014-ին, այնպես էլ 2015-ին գլխավորել է «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությունը: Նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում ընկերության կողմից վճարած հարկը կազմել է 42 մլրդ 649 մլն 961 հազար դրամ:

2-րդ պատվավոր հորիզոնականում է «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ընկերությունը 27 մլրդ 505 մլն 901 հազ. դրամ հարկային վճարումներով:

Առաջատար եռյակը եզրափակում է «Ղ տելեկոմ»-ը («Վիվասել ՄՏՍ») ընկերությունը: 2015 թվականի ընթացքում ընկերությունը պետական բյուջէ է վճարել 18 մլրդ 628 մլրն 800 հազ. դրամի հարկեր և տուրքեր:

«Ալեքս Գրիգ» ընկերությունը 4-րդ տեղում է և 2015թ. վճարել է 18 մլրդ 255 մլն 286 հազ. դրամ:

5-րդ տեղում է «Որոտանի հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների համալիր» ընկերությունը՝ 16 մլրդ 955 մլն 671 հազ. դրամ ընդհանուր վճարումներով:

6-րդ տեղում «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր»-ն է՝ 16 մլրդ 494 մլն 203 հազ. դրամով։

7-րդ խոշոր հարկատուն «Արմենիա տելեֆոն կոմպանի» ընկերությունն է, որը վճարել է 15 մլրդ 466 մլն 983 հազ. դրամ:

8-րդ տեղում «Գրանդ տոբակո հայ կանադական ՀՁ» ընկերությունն է՝ 13 մլրդ 699 մլն 722 հազ. դրամով:

9-րդ-ում՝ «Ֆլեշ» ընկերությունը՝ 12 մլրդ 751 մլն 28 հազ. դրամով և 10-րդ խոշոր հարկատուն է «Սիփիէս օիլ քորփորեյշն» ընկերությունը՝ վճարելով 9 մլրդ 465 մլն. 202 հազ. դրամ:

Նշենք, որ 10 խոշոր հարկատուները միասին վճարել են 191 մլրդ 872 մլն 757 հազ. դրամ:
