Ֆրանսիայում կմեկնարկի հարյուրավոր երեխաների բռնության ենթարկելու համար կասկածվող վիրաբույժի գործով դատավարությունը

Ֆրանսիայում այս ամիս կմեկնարկի երկրի պատմության մեջ երեխաների նկատմամբ բռնության գործով ամենամեծ դատավարությունը. մեղադրյալը վիրաբույժ է, որը կասկածվում է տասնամյակներ շարունակ հարյուրավոր անչափահաս հիվանդների նկատմամբ ոտնձգություններ կատարելու համար: Նշվում է, որ երեխաներից ոմանք գտնվել են անզգայացման տակ, հետվիրահատական վերականգնողական սենյակում կամ հիվանդանոցի մահճակալներում:
73-ամյա Ժոել Լե Սքուարնեկը որպես վիրաբույժ է աշխատել Բրետանի և Ֆրանսիայի արևմուտքում գտնվող պետական և մասնավոր հիվանդանոցներում: Նա հաճախ վիրահատում էր կույր աղիքի բորբոքում ունեցող երեխաներին, գրում է The Guardian-ը:
Չնայած նրան, որ 2004-ին ԱՄՆ Հետաքննությունների դաշնային բյուրոն ֆրանսիական իշխանություններին հայտնել է, որ բժիշկը դարքնեթում երեխաների նկատմամբ ոտնձգությունների թեմայով պատկերներ է դիտել, և դրա համար նա չորս տարվա պայմանական ազատազրկման է դատապարտվել Ֆրանսիայում 2005-ին, սակայն դա բժշկին չի խանգարել շարունակել աշխատել երեխաների հետ երկրի հիվանդանոցներում:
Լե Սքուարնեկը ձեռագիր նոթատետրերում թվարկել է հիվանդների անուն-ազգանունների սկզբնատառերը և նրանց դեմ կատարած ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունները: Ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունները տեղի են ունեցել 1989-ից մինչև 2014 թվականը: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, բժիշկը մեղադրվում է 299 երեխայի՝ 158 տղայի և 141 աղջկա բռնաբարության և սեռական ոտնձգության համար: Նրանցից 256-ը եղել են մինչև 15 տարեկան, իսկ միջին տարիքը եղել է 11։ Լե Սքուարնեկը ընդունել է իր դեմ ներկայացված որոշ մեղադրանքներ:
Նշվում է, որ 2020 թվականին Լե Սքուարնեկը դատապարտվել է 15 տարվա ազատազրկման 4 երեխայի նկատմամբ բռնության համար։ Նա այժմ բանտում է։
