Որքան էլ գործող իշխանություններն ու իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան փորձեն համոզել, որ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու մտադրություն չունեն, իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության և իշխանամերձ կուսակցությունների վարքը բոլորովին հակառակն է ապացուցում։

Ավելին, գրեթե բաց տեքստով նախընտրական քարոզարշավին միացել է Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանը, որի վարքը 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում և դրանից հետո առնվազն տարակուսանք կարող է առաջացնել։ Բաբայանի ու գործող իշխանությունների սերտ առնչությունների, երբեմն ոչ այնքան մաքուր գործարքների մասին մամուլը բազմիցս է գրել։ Այժմ էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է օգտագործել Սամվել Բաբայանի գործոնը՝ արցախցիների ձայները փոշիացնելու, կամ էլ իրեն հարմար հունով ուղղորդելու համար։

Տրամաբանությունը հուշում է, որ Բաբայանը պետք է առնվազն լոյալ լիներ փաշինյանամերձ այլ քաղաքական ուժերի նկատմամբ, բայց ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատարը, կարծես, պատերազմ է հայտարարել հաստիքային արևմտամետներին, հիշում և հիշեցնում է անցյալի տհաճ դրվագները, փորձում արևմտամետների ձեռքից խլել Փաշինյանի «հարեմի առաջին տիկնոջ» թիկնոցը։
