«Մինչև 2008 թվականը՝ իմ նախարարության 10 տարիները եղել են Հայաստանի վերելքի տարիները։ Սա ոչ-ոք հերքել չի կարող»,-ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերում հայտարարեց ՀՀ նախկին ԱԳ նախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանը։
Նրա խոսքավ, այն ժամանակ Ղարաբաղն իր հարակից տարածքներով եղել է փաստացի անկախ, Հայաստանի սահմանները եղել են անխոցելի, Մեղրին եղել է իր տեղում, ունեցել ենք հուսալի դաշնակիցներ և Արևելքում, և Արևմուտքում։
 
«Ռուսաստանի հետ եղել ենք հուսալի դաշնակիցներ, Վրաստանի հետ խորացրել ենք հարաբերությունները, Իրանի հետ ստեղծել ենք գազամուղ, ԱՄՆ-ի հետ իրականացրել ենք «Հազարամյակի մարտահրավերներ» ծրագիրը, Թուրքիայի հետ ունեցել ենք երկխոսություն, Ադրբեջանի հետ իրականացրել ենք դինամիկ բանակցային գործընթաց, դարձել ենք Եվրոպայի խորհրդի անդամ, ունեցել ենք երկնիշ տնտեսական աճ, ունեցել ենք զգալի արտասահմանայան ներդրումներ»,-ասաց Օսկանյանը։
 
Ըստ ՀԳ նախկին նախարարի, այժ պետության առջև ծառացած վտանգները մեծ են և շոշափելի։
 
«Հիմա օրվա իշխանությունը ժողովրդի գլխին բերել է պատերազմ, կրել ենք նվաստացուցիչ, ծանր ու հազարավոր զոհերով պարտություն, չունենք ոչ մի հուսալի դաշնակից, արտաքին քաղաքական դաշտում ոչ ոք Հայաստանին լուրջ չի վերաբերվում, չունենք ոչ մի արտաքին ներդրում, հասարակությունը երբեք այսքան պառակտված չի եղել»,- ասաց նա։
 
Օսկանյանի խոքսով՝ Հայաստանի առաջ կանգնած են վտանգներ, որոնք Հայաստանի իշխանությունների անկարողության հետևանքով ավելի են խորացնելու Հայաստանի խոցելիությունը։
 
Եթե չունենանք դիվանագիտական գոնե մինիմալ կարողություններով օժտված իշխանություն, ըստ նախկին նախարարի, սահմանազատման քողի տակ կորցնելու ենք Հայաստանից լրացուցիչ տարածքներ, Հայաստանի սահմանները փոփոխվելու են, Թուրքիայի պահանաջով փոխվելու է Սահմանադրությունը, Արցախից մեկընդմիշտ հրաժարվել ենք արդեն, 300,000 ադրբեջանցի գալու է Հայաստան, և ամենավտանգավորը, Սյունիքից մի հատված տրվելու է Ադրբեջանին։
 
Նա նշեց, որ ԱՄՆ Պետդեպի հրաապարակած փաստաթղթերը ջախջախեցին այն թեզը, որ Արցախի դիմաց Մեղրին տալու միտքը եղել է Քոչարյանինը, դա եղել է Հեյդար Ալիևի առաջարկը, որի անմիջական վկաներից մեկը եղել եմ ես։
 
«Երբ Ժնևում Քոչարյանն ինձ ու Վազգեն Սարգսյանին ասաց, որ Ալիևը նման առաջարկ է արել, մենք միանգամից ֆիքսեցինք, որ հայր Ալիևը պատրաստ է հրաժարվել Արցախից, մենք գիտեինք, որ Մեղրին տվող չկա, բայց մենք կարող ենք օգտվել Ալիևի՝ Արցախը զիջելու պատրաստակամությունից»,-հայտարարեց Վարդան Օսկանյանը։
