Լրագրողի դիմումի քննարկումը կկայանա փետրվարի 11-ին, սակայն դիմումը կքննեն հանձնաժողովի նոր անդամները (տեսանյութ)
POLITICSԱզգային ժողովի էթիկայի հարցերով հանձնաժողովը որոշեց Past.am-ի լրագրող Լիլիթ Լալայանի դիմումի քննությունը տեղափոխել փետրվարի 11-ին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ լրագրողը խնդրել էր հանձնաժողովին քննել իրար փոխարեն քվեարկող 7 պատգամավորի վարքագիծը և կայացնել համապատասխան որոշում: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ԲՀԿ-ական Վահան Բաբայանն ասաց, որ դեռևս պարզ չէ, թե դիմումի վերաբերյալ որոշումն այդ օրը կընդունվի՞, թե՞ ոչ: Բացի այդ՝ Բաբայանը հիշեցրեց, որ այսօրվանից դադարում են իր լիազորությունները՝ որպես Էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, և նոր նստաշրջանում խմբակցությունները կառաջարկեն հանձնաժողովի իրենց անդամներին, իսկ Դոնթի հայտնի բանաձևի համաձայն՝ այս անգամ հանձնաժողովի նախագահը պետք է լինի իշխող ՀՀԿ խմբակցությունից:
Խոսելով հանձնաժողովի դռնփակ նիստի մասին՝ Բաբայանն ասաց, որ նիստում որոշվել է վարույթ ընդունել Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակի դիմումն ընդդեմ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության անդամ Շուշան Պետրոսյանի: Հաջորդ՝ փետրվարի 11-ին կայանալիք նիստում, հանձնաժողովի անդամները կլսեն դիմող և պատասխանող կողմերի բացատրությունները: Դիմումի քննարկման և դրա վերաբերյալ հանձնաժողովին եզրակացություն ներկայացնելու նպատակով հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչ է նշանակվել պատգամավոր, ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ներկայացուցիչ Խոսրով Հարությունյանը:
ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակը դիմել է հանձնաժողովին՝ Շուշան Պետրոսյանի կողմից ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ-օրենքով սահմանված էթիկայի նորմերը խախտելու, մասնավորապես՝ ֆեյսբուքյան իգական սեռի օգտատերերից մեկի հասցեին հնչեցրած բռնության և սպառնալիքի կոչերի ու վիրավորական արտահայտությունների վերաբերյալ որոշում կայացնելու հարցով: Պատգամավորին, մասնավորապես, դուր չէր եկել մամուլում մի հրապարակման կապակցությամբ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի հասցեին օգտատիրոջ թողած քննադատական գրառումը, և նա օգտատիրոջն սպառնացել էր, ասելով՝ «լսի, ա՛յ լակոտ, աչքերդ կհանեմ»:
