ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում հայտնել է փետրվարի 8-ին ավտոբուսի կանգառում տաքսու վարորդի հետ ունեցած խոսակցության մասին.
«Մի տաքսու վարորդ մոտեցավ եւ ասաց, որ «30 հազար դոլարի» չվճարած տուգանքներ ունի եւ ակնկալում է, որ անհույս վարկերի նման մի ծրագիր էլ իրենց համար անենք:
Իրեն անկեղծ ասացի, որ հիշում եմ, որ 2018թ. տուգանքների համաներումը դուր չեկավ շատ վարորդների, ովքեր տուգանքները պարտաճանաչ վճարել են եւ մի տեսակ մեղավոր դուրս եկանք նրանց առաջ:
Բայց ինձ մոտեցած տաքսու վարորդն ասում էր, թե իր վիճակում շատ մարդիկ կան եւ հիմնականում տաքսու վարորդներ: Ամեն դեպքում, սա էլ մտածելու թեմա է, բայց այստեղ հարկավոր է նաեւ պարտաճանաչ վճարած վարորդների ըմբռնումը:
Իհարկե, ինչպես անհույս վարկերի դեպքում, այս դեպքում էլ խոսքը կարող է վերաբերվել միայն մի քանի տարվա վաղեմության տուգանքներին ու ոչ թե համաներման, այլ սպիտակ դաշտում աշխատելու եւ կամաց-կամաց, այդ թվում եկամտային հարկի կամ տուրքերի նվազեցումներով վճարելու եղանակով: Մտածենք»,- գրել է վարչապետը:
