Փարաքար խոշորացված համայնքի Մերձավան բնակավայրում տեղի ունեցած դեպքի առթիվ քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել 9 անձի նկատմամբ, որոնցից 3-ը ձերբակալված են։
Մերձավան համայնքի ղեկավարը, ըստ մամուլի տեղեկությունների, միջադեպի հետ կապ ունի, սակայն մինչ օրս նախաքննական մարմինը լռում է: Մհեր Ախտոյանի եղբայրը, որը իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» ցուցակով ավագանու անդամ է Փարաքարում, երեկ հաստատել էր, որ սպանվածը իրենց հորաքրոջ որդին է՝ 29-ամյա Գրիգոր Օհանյանը։
Ըստ նախնական վարկածի՝ գյուղի տղաների միջեւ կոնֆլիկտ առաջացել է մեքենայի արագ վարելու շուրջ, որն էլ այնքան է խորացել, որ տղաները ինքնաձիգով են փորձել հաշվեհարդար տեսնել միմյանց նկատմամբ, գնացել են համայնքի ղեկավարի տան մոտ ու ծեծկռտուք սկսել: Հնչել է կրակոց ու սպանվել է համայնքի ղեկավարի հորաքրոջ որդին՝ Գրիգոր Օհանյանը:
Այս աղմկահարույց գործով անցնող տղաներից Արմեն Ղազարյանը հետախուզման մեջ է: Վերջինս տեսանյութի այն երիտասարդն է, որի ձեռքում կա ինքնաձիգ կամ բոլորին հայտնի ավտոմատը: Վերջինիս մայրը՝ Ռուզաննա Ղազարյանը, ArmLur.am-ի հետ զրույցում արդարություն է պահանջում:
«Իմ որդուն չեմ արդարացնում, մենք այս գյուղում ոնց հետո պետք է ապրենք: Արմենը չկա, չգիտենք ուր է, բայց ակնհայտ է՝ կա տեսանյութ, ճիշտ է, զենքը որդուս ձեռքին է, բայց նա չի կրակել, նա խլել է զենքը, որ չկրակեն, օբյեկտիվ քննություն եմ պահանջում: Մեր տունը հսկողության տակ է: Գյուղը բաժանել են երկու մասի նախկին ու ներկա գյուղապետերը»,- պատմել է Ռուզաննա Ղազարյանը:
Արմեն Ղազարյանի մոր ձեռքում հայտնվել է նաև տեսանյութ, թե ինչպես են գյուղապետն ու իր ՔՊ-ական ավագանի եղբայրը կրակոցների պահին տանը նկարել ողջ դեպքը։ Նրանք քայլ չեն ձեռնարկել իրենց հարազատ հորաքրոջ որդուն փրկելու համար։
