Գերմանիա անօրինական կերպով ամենից հաճախ փորձել են մուտք գործել Սիրիայի, Ուկրաինայի, Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները

2024 թվականի երկրորդ կեսին Գերմանիա առանց անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի մուտք գործել ամենից հաճախ փորձել են Սիրիայի, Ուկրաինայի, Աֆղանստանի և Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները։
dpa-ի լրագրողները ձեռք են բերել համապատասխան վիճակագրություն, որը տրամադրել է Գերմանիայի կառավարությունը՝ ի պատասխան Բունդեսթագի Ձախ կուսակցության պատգամավորների խնդրանքի: Գործակալությունն այն հրապարակում է շաբաթ օրը՝ փետրվարի 8-ին։
Մասնավորապես, սիրիացիների մասնաբաժինը նրանց մեջ, ովքեր 2024 թվականի երկրորդ կիսամյակում փորձել են առանց անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի Գերմանիա մուտք գործել, կազմում է 20,6%, իսկ ուկրաինացիներինը՝ գրեթե 20 տոկոս։
Ամեն ուկրաինացի չէ, որ կարող է պարզապես մուտք գործել Գերմանիա, նշում է dpa-ն։ «Ուկրաինայի դեմ Ռուսաստանի պատերազմի սկսվելուց հետո ԵՄ երկրները համաձայնեցին, որ Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիները Գերմանիա մուտք գործելու և այնտեղ կամ ԵՄ այլ երկրներում պաշտպանություն ստանալու համար ապաստան խնդրելու կարիք չունեն»,- մեջբերում է գործակալությունը Գերմանիայի կառավարության խոսքերը։ «Սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ յուրաքանչյուր ուկրաինացի մուտքն ավտոմատ կերպով թույլատրվում է»։
«Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր երկար տարիներ ապրում են արտերկրում, Ուկրաինայում ռազմական գործողություններ չեն սպառնում։ Հետեւաբար, նրանց պաշտպանելու կարիք չկա։ Առանց երկարաժամկետ բնակության համար անհրաժեշտ վիզայի՝ այլ պատճառներով բնակության վայրը փոխելը հնարավոր չէ համապատասխան կանոնակարգի հիման վրա»,- նշվում է փաստաթղթում։
Մինչդեռ առանց անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի Գերմանիա մուտք գործելու փորձերի թիվը 2023 թվականին 127 549-ից նվազել է 2024 թվականին՝ 83 572-ի։ Գերմանիայի կառավարության տվյալները շաբաթ օրը՝ փետրվարի 8-ին, հրապարակել է dpa գործակալությունը։
Նշվում է, որ նվազել է նաև գերմանական սահմանը հատելու համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթեր չունեցող ճանապարհորդների թիվը, ովքեր դաշնային ոստիկանությանը հայտնել են Գերմանիայում ապաստան խնդրելու իրենց մտադրության մասին։ Այսպես, անցյալ տարի նման մարդկանց մասնաբաժինը Գերմանիա մուտք գործելու համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթեր չունեցողների մեջ կազմել է 23%, իսկ 2023 թվականին՝ 44,7 տոկոս, գրում է Deutsche Welle-ն։
