Զինվորականների դեմ հետապնդումները նոր թափ են ստանալու

Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Ջալալ Հարությունյանը դատապարտվեց հինգ ու կես տարվա ազատազրկման: Դատարանն ավելի վաղ 50-ամյա գեներալ-լեյտենանտին մեղավոր էր ճանաչել պատերազմի ժամանակ զինվորական ծառայության նկատմամբ անփույթ վերաբերմունքի համար: Վճիռն օրինական ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո գեներալ-լեյտենանտը կազատազրկվի, այժմ նրան արգելված է լքել Հայաստանը, ինչպես նաև կասեցված է նրա պաշտոնավարումը Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում:
Դատախազների պնդմամբ, Ջալալ Հարությունյանի գործողությունների հետևանքով է Ցորի զորամասի 20 զինվոր հայտնվել հակառակորդի թիրախում ու սպանվել, երբ փորձել են ճշտել, թե առջևից եկողները հայերն են, թե ադրբեջանցիները: Ինքը՝ ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատարն իր մեղքը չի ընդունում։
Ջալալ Հարությունյանն ընդամենը մեկն է այն բազմաթիվ զինվորականներից, որոնք հայտնվել են գործող վարչախմբի թիրախում։ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո փաշինյանական իշխանությունն ամենաստոր քայլերին գնում է՝ պարտության մեղքը բարձրաստիճան զինվորականների վրա բարդելու համար։ Առաջիկայում նոր և այլ հնչեղ անունների քարշ կտան դատարաններ, կդատեն ու կբանտարկեն։ Տարօրինակն այս ամենում հենց այդ զինվորականության կրավորական պահվածքն է, երբ նույնիսկ չեն էլ փորձում դիմադրել ապօրինություններին։
