Փետրվարի սկզբին Իրան էր այցելել Ադրբեջանի նախագահի արտաքին քաղաքականության հարցերով օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը։ Այստեղ կարևոր են մի քանի հանգամանքներ: Դրա մասին սոցցանցերում գրել է ռուսաստանյան քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մարկեդոնովը։

«Նախ, Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը պարզապես բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա չէ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմում։ Նա դե ֆակտո երկրի արտաքին քաղաքականության համակարգողներից է, արտաքին գործերի, մի տեսակ, սուպերնախարար։ Երկրորդ, վերջին տարիներին Թեհրանի և Բաքվի հարաբերությունները փայլուն չես անվանի։ Ղարաբաղյան երկրորդ և երրորդ պատերազմներից հետո, վիճելի շրջանի վերադարձով Ադրբեջանի իրավասության տակ, իրանական կողմը մտահոգված էր կասպյան հանրապետության ռազմավարական դաշնակից Թուրքիայի հզորացմամբ։

Իրանա-իսրայելական դիմակայությունում կողմերի տարբեր դիրքորոշումները չեն նպաստել հարաբերությունների բարելավմանը։ Իսլամական Հանրապետությանը միշտ մտահոգել է (և նույնիսկ բացահայտ նյարդայնացրել) Ադրբեջանի և հրեական պետության համագործակցությունը։ Թուրքիայի և Իրանի միջև Սիրիայի շուրջ տարաձայնությունները նույնպես չի կարելի դրական սյուժե անվանել ադրբեջանա-իրանական երկկողմ օրակարգի համար։ Իհարկե, 2023 թվականի հունվարի ողբերգությունը (ահաբեկչությունը Իրանում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատան դեմ) լուրջ փորձություն դարձավ թե՛ Թեհրանի, թե՛ Բաքվի համար։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, երկու կողմերն էլ միշտ փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն են ցուցաբերել երկկողմ պրագմատիկ օրակարգի պահպանման հարցում։ Ի՞նչ հաջողվեց Հաջիևին 2025 թվականի փետրվարին: Ինչպե՞ս կարելի է գնահատել Թեհրան կատարած նրա այցի արդյունքները։ Իլհամ Ալիևի օգնականը մի շարք կարևոր հանդիպումներ է ունեցել, այդ թվում՝ բանակցություններ նախագահ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանի և արտգործնախարար Աբբաս Արաղչիի հետ։ Բաքու այցելելու հրավեր է փոխանցվել: Եվ դա, իհարկե, նպաստում է երկու պետությունների հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը։ Հնչեցին պահին պատշաճող բոլոր բառերը։ Այսպիսով, կարգավորման գործընթաց հաջող է ընթանում, և կարելի՞ է խոսել դրա անշրջելիության մասին: Ամեն ինչ այնքան էլ հստակ և միանշանակ չէ:

Դիտորդների ուշադրությունից չի վրիպել, որ նախագահ Փեզեշքիանն ընդգծել է, որ կովկասյան տարածաշրջանի երկրների տարածքային ամբողջականության պահպանումը իր երկրի արտաքին քաղաքականության հիմնարար սկզբունքն է։ Երևանում սա անմիջապես ընկալվեց որպես ազդանշան՝ Թեհրանը թույլ չի տա, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանի սահմանազատման գործընթացն իրականացվի հայկական շահերի խախտմամբ։ Եվ թույլ չի տա, որ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը բռնի ուժով «բացվի»: Թեհրանի համար ավանդական նման հայտարարությունները, սակայն, ուղղված են նաև ներքին լսարանին։ Իրանի իշխանությունները պետք է ցույց տան, որ չնայած «ռեֆորմիստների» իրենց համբավին, ձեռքը զարկերակին է, պատրաստ են պաշտպանել ազգային շահերը, և որ Լիբանանում և Սիրիայում սկսված նահանջը համապարփակ չէ, և որ «վառոդի տակառում վառոդը չէր է», գրում է Սերգեյ Մարկեդոնովը։
