ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ
Այսօր՝ 2025 թվականի փետրվարի 6-ին Ընկերության Գլխավոր տնօրենի ղեկավարությամբ տեղի է ունեցել աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն՝ Ընկերության բոլոր արտադրամասերի և ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարների հետ։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում արձանագրվել է, որ աշխատողների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը մշտապես պատրաստ են եղել անցնել աշխատանքային պարտականությունների կատարմանը և վերականգնել Ընկերության արտադրական անխափան գործընթացը։ Ավելին՝ անցած օրերին Ընկերության աշխատողները երեք անգամ փորձել են վերականգնել աշխատանքները, սակայն փոքրաթիվ (մոտ 70) անձանց խմբի հաշվեհարդարի սպառնալիքների, ֆիզիկական միջամտության և տեղաշարժի սահմանափակումների ներքո չեն կարողացել վերագործարկել արտադրությունը։ Ընկերությունը վերոգրյալ փաստերի առթիվ ՀՀ իրավապահ մարմիններին արդեն իսկ ներկայացրել է հանցագործության մասին թվով երեք հաղորդում։
Ընկերության վերագործարկմանը խոչընդոտող անձանց մի մասն առհասարակ կապ չունի Ընկերության հետ, Ընկերության աշխատակից չի համարվում և անգամ Քաջարան կամ Կապան համայնքներից չէ։ Ընկերությունը գտնում է, որ մի խումբ անձինք անօրինական միջոցների հաշվին չպետք է կարողանան շարունակաբար խաթարել ռազմավարական նշանակության կազմակերպության աշխատանքը՝ էական նյութական վնասներ հասցնելով միաժամանակ հազարավոր աշխատողներին, համայնքներին, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը և Ընկերությանը։ Ընկերությունը ձեռնարկելու է բոլոր օրինական միջոցները իր աշխատակիցների անվտանգության, ինչպես նաև արտադրական օբյեկտների և գույքի պաշտպանության համար։
Ընկերությունը աշխատողների հետ քննարկել է կազմակերպչական հարցեր և հանձն է առել արտադրության վերականգնումից հետո ստեղծել հատուկ հանձնաժողով, որը յուրաքանչյուր արտադրամասի հետ աշխատանքային քաղաքակիրթ մթնոլորտում կքննարկի առկա խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև մանրակրկիտ կլրամշակի աշխատավարձի ներդրվելիք փոփոխությունների ծրագիրը՝ ապահովելու համար վարձատրության առաջադեմ, թափանցիկ, արդար և համալիր լուծումներ։
