Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Դատելով ՀՀ ՊՆ տարածած հայտարարության, Հայակական բանակը պատրաստվում է մինչև 2016 թվականը ներդնել սկզբունքորեն նոր ռազմավարություն՝ ապագայում ռազմական/մարտական գործողությունների վարման համար, որի նկարագրությունն ուսումնասիրելով, ակամայից ասսոցիացիաներ են առաջանում Իսրայելի բանակի հետ։

Այսպես կոչված «Հրամանատարում՝ առաջադրանքի միջոցով» համակարգը նախատեսում է փոքր ստորաբաժանումների միջոցով մեծ խնդիրներ լուծել՝ ապակենտրոնացված ու տարատեղված ռամական գործողություններ իրականացնելով (կբացատրեմ ստորև)։

Ինչու եմ ասում, որ հենց Իսրայելի ռազմավարությունն է հիշեցնում։ Բանն այն է, որ Հայաստանն ու Իսրայելն ունեն մի շարք նմանություններ՝ ռազմական ու ռազմավարական տեսնակյունից։ Երկուսն էլ փոքր պետություններ են, ովքեր ունեն խիստ սահմանափակ մարդկային ու այլ ռեսուրսներ և առերեսվում են թվային մեծ գերակայուն ունեցող պայմանական ու ոչ պայմանական հակառակորդների հետ։

Արաբա-Իսրայելական բոլոր պատրեազմներն ունեցել են մի սկզբունքային առանձնահատկություն․ Իսրայելը երբեք հույսը չի դրել լայնամասշտաբ ռազմական գործողությունների վրա՝ գերադասելով բոլոր պատերազմներում անցկացնել կոնցենտրիկ, կայծակնային ու ցավոտ գործողություններ, որոնք հաճախ հնարավոր են եղել Իսրայելի նախահարձակ գործողություններ արդյունքում։ Մյուս առանձնահատկությունը, որը տեսնում ենք Արաբա-Իսրայելական պատերազմներում, դա այն օրինաչափությունն է, որ Իսրայելը միշտ ունեցել է ավելի սակավ ուժեր, քան իր հակառակորդները, բայց կարողացել է ի տարբերություն իր հակառակորդների՝ մաքսիմալ արդյունավետ օգտագործել դրանք՝ հասցնելով կոնցենտրիկ թիարխային հարվածներ։

Հիմա նույնն էլ մեր պարագայում է։ Մենք Ռուսաստան չեն, որ կարողանանք մինչև Մոսկվա նահանջել։ Մենք Ռուսաստանի պես բազմամիլիոնանոց ժողովուրդ չունենք, որ կարողանանք ամեն 1000 սպանվածի փոխարեն ռազմաճակատ հանել 5000-ի ու մենք չենք կարող մեզ թույլ տալ լայնամասշտաբ հարձակվողական գործողությունները բոլոր ճակատներով և ուղղություններով։

Ուստի պարզ տրամաբանությունը հուշում է, որ միակ ռեալ այլընտրանքը ոչ թե Հայրենական Պատերազմի ռազմական փորձն է, այլ ավելի շուտ Իսրայելական փորձը, որն էլ որ որոշել են կյանքի կոչել կարծես թե։
