2025թ-ի թվականի 5-րդ շաբաթվա (27.01-02.02.2025թթ) ընթացքում ՀՀ-ում շարունակվում է արձանագրվել սուր շնչառական վարակներով պայմանավորված բարձր ակտիվություն: Այս մասին հայտնում են Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնից։

Ըստ մարզերի պատկերը հետևյալն է՝ Արարատի, Կոտայքի և Տավուշի մարզերում արձանագրվել է ակտիվության բարձր ինտենսիվություն, Գեղարքունիքի, Լոռու, Շիրակի, Արմավիրի,Վայոց Ձորի, մարզերում և Երևան քազաքում արձանագրվել է ինտենսիվության միջին ակտիվություն, իսկ Արմավիրի և Սյունիքի մարզերում՝ ցածր ակտիվություն:

Նշված ժամանակահատվածում առողջության առաջնային պահպանման կազմակերպություններ ՍՇՎ-ով դիմել են 9105 պացիենտ, (հիվանդացության ցուցանիշը կազմել է՝ 307․3), նախորդ տարվա միևնույն ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրված թվով 10033 դեպքերի (հիվանդացության ցուցանիշն ըստ 100000 բնակչի 338․7) համեմատ ևս ցածր է՝ 1.1 անգամ։ Ընդհանուր դեպքերի 74.7%-ը արձանագրվել է 0-18 տարեկանների շրջանում։

Հանրապետությունում շարունակվում են շրջանատվել՝ Գրիպ Ա տեսակի տեսակի H1pdm09 ենթատեսակի հարուցիչները։ Այլ շնչառական վարակներից՝ ռեսպիրատոր սինցիտիալ վիրուսի, ռինովիրուսի, և կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության SARS-COV-2-ի հարուցիչներ։

Սուր շնչառական վարակներով և գրիպով չհիվանդանալու, ինչպես նաև բարդություններից խուսափելու նպատակով՝ Առողջապահության նախարարությունը ԿՐԿԻՆ հիշեցնում և հորդորում է.

  • պատվաստվե´ք սեզոնային գրիպի դեմ՝ դիմելով պոլիկլինիկա/ամբուլատորիա,
  • խուսափե´ք սուր շնչառական վարակներին բնորոշ ախտանշաններով հիվանդների հետ շփումից,
  • եթե հիվանդ եք՝ մնացե´ք տանը, հատկապես՝ սուր շնչառական վարակներին բնորոշ ախտանշաններով երեխաներին մի´ թույլատրեք հաճախել դպրոց և մանկապարտեզ՝ ապահովելով բժշկի կողմից խորհրդատվությունը և բուժումը,
  • եթե հիվանդ եք, հրավիրեք տեղամասային մանկաբույժին, թերապևտին կամ ընտանեկան բժշկին և մի´ զբաղվեք ինքնաբուժմամբ բարդություններից հատկապես թոքաբորբից խուսափելու նպատակով,
  • մի´ օգտագործեք հակաբիոտիկներ, քանի որ դրանք ցուցված չեն գրիպի և սուր շնչառական վարակների բուժման համար,
  • հագնվե´ք եղանակին համահունչ,
  • պահպանե´ք հազի և փռշտալու վարվելակարգը,
  • օգտագործե´ք հնարավորինս շատ հեղուկներ,
  • հաճախակի օդափոխե´ք փակ տարածքները,
  • հետևե´ք անձնական հիգիենային:
