Թատրոն ԱԺ-ում՝ անձնական նկատառումներով

Ազգային ժողովի տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի նիստը երեկ առանց սկանդալների չի անցել։ Ընդ որում, կիզակետում ոչ թե ընդդիմություն-իշխանություն հակասություններն էին, այլ հենց իշխող ուժի՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» պագամավորներն են հաշիվներ պարզել։
«Շիշ բռնող» մականունով հայտնի պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանն առաջարկում է ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի, վիճակախաղերի, տոտալիզատորների գործունեության հարկերը բարձրացնել։ Հանձնաժողովի նախագահն ու մյուս քպականներն էլ առաջարկում են ամիս հետաձգել լիագումար նիստին այս նախագծի քննարկումը։ «Հիմա դուք բուքմեյքերական ընկերությունների շահե՞րն եք առաջ տանում, բա մեր պետական շահերն ո՞ւր մնացին։ Բա ինչի՞ փաստաբանների հարկերը բարձրացնում եք, հաշվապահների, առևտրակաների հարկերը բարձրացնում եք, բոլորին հարկում եք, բուքմեյքերականները, որ գերշահույթ են ստանում, ասում եմ՝ ավելի հարկեք, ասում եք՝ հե՛տ կանչեք, ավելի՛ քննարկենք, հետ չե՛մ կանչելու»,- հայտարարել էր Սարգսյանը, իսկ դրանից հետո լեզվակռիվ էր սկսվել, որ «Շիշ բռնողը» մի քանի կոշտ գնահատական էր տվել կուսակիցներին։
Սոցաննցերում Սարգսյանի այս վարքը դրական էին գնահատել, ողջունել, մինչդեռ, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, բուքմեյքերական ընկերությունների նկատմամբ նրա «հակակրանքն» ամենևին էլ հանուն ժողովրդի չէ։
ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, 2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո Սարգսյանը փորձել է կապեր ստեղծել բուքմեյքերների հետ, նրանց համար լոբբինգ անել, իհարկե, ոչ անվարձահատույց։ «Շիշ բռնողի» այս ջանքերը ձախողվել են, որովհետև այդ ընկերությունները շառից-փորձանքից հեռու նախընտրել են կամ իրենց հարցերն իրենք լուծել, կամ էլ այլ, ավելի մատչելի տարբերակներ գտնել։ Եվ այժմ Հայկ Սարգսյանի այս նախաձեռնությունը, ինչպես և Տավուշի անտառների դեպքում, որտեղ նա ցանկանում է իր մարդուն նշանակել անտառապետ, բացառապես անձնական շահագրգռության հետևանք է։
