Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություներով պարզվել է, որ փետրվարի 5-ին՝ ժամը 00։40-ի սահմաններում, Մերձավանում հաշվառված 35-ամյա Տիգրան Մանուկյանը, Մերձավանում հաշվառված 41-ամյա Գեորգի Մանուկյանը , Մերձավանում բնակվող 21-ամյա Արսեն Մարդոյանը, Մերձավանում բնակվող 22-ամյա Մարտիկ Բաղդասարյանը և Երևանում հաշվառված 29-ամյա Գրիգոր Օհանյանը կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել ու ծեծի են ենթարկել Մերձավանում բնակվող 22-ամյա Վլադմիր Խդրյանին, որից հետո վիճաբանությունը շարունակվել է Մերձավան գյուղի Երևանյան 51 հասցեի դիմացի հատվածում։ Արդեն այդտեղ վիճաբանությանը միացել են Վ․ Խդրյանի մտերիմներ, Մերձավանի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Արմեն Ղազարյանը (ով կայքի տեղեկություններով հայտնի է «ՏԸԶ» մականվամբ) Մերձավանում հաշվառված 28-ամյա Արթուր Գալստյանը, Մերձավանում հաշվառված 31-ամյա Մարզպետ Գալստյանը և դեռև չճշտված մի քանի անձինք։
Վիճաբանությունը այնուհետև վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի, փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել և, ըստ օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների, այդ ժամանակ Ա․ Ղազարյանը իր մոտ եղած ինքնաձիգով կրակահերթ է արձակել նրանց ուղղությամբ, որի հետևանքով Գ․ Օհանյանը կրծքավանդակի շրջանում ստացած հրազենային վիրավորումից տեղում մահացել է, իսկ Ն․ Նալբանդյանը նստատեղի շրջանում ստացել է հրազենային վնասվածք և տեղափոխվել «Վաղարշապատ» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ հայտնել էինք, որ զինված հարձակում է եղել Փարաքար խոշորացված համայնքի Մերձավան բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավարի տան ուղղությամբ. կա մեկ զոհ և մեկ վիրավոր:
