Սահմանազատման «սառեցված» կարգավիճակ ու անորոշություն Տավուշի և Լոռու մարզերում

Ադրբեջանի և Վրաստանի հետ սահմանին Հայաստանն, ըստ ամենայնի, շուտով կակտիվացնի սահմանազատման ու սահմանագծման գործընթացը, չնայած նրան, որ գործընթացը երկար ժամանակ «սառեցված» վիճակում է։
MediaHub-ին հասած տեղեկություններով սահմանագծման գործընթացը ոչ միայն Տավուշի, այլև Լոռու մարզի Վրաստանի հետ սահմանամերձ գյուղերի բնակիչների սրտով չէ։
«Մենք հա զիջում ենք, արոտավայրերն ու խոտհարքի տարածքները տվեցինք արդեն, բայց դրա դիմաց ոչինչ չստացանք, էն դեպքում, երբ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարները կայուն ու երկարատև խաղաղություն չեն խոստանում»,-իր մտահոգությունը հայտնեց Ոսկեպարի բնակիչը։
Դեռ մի շաբաթ առաջ էինք գրել, որ Տավուշում բնակիչները անհանգստանում են, ինչ-որ շարժ են նկատում և ըստ խոսակցությունների՝ սահմանազատման գործընթացը արդեն իրենց մոտ մեկնարկել է: Մեզ անգամ ասացին՝ տեղ-տեղ փշալարեր են տեղադրված, մարդիկ դա վերագրում են այն հանգամանքին, որ փշալարերից այն ոկղմն այլևս հայկական տարածք չէ:
Նոյեմբերյանի վարչական ղեկավարը մեր զանգերը թողեց անպատասխան։ Մենք կապ հաստատեցինք Բագրատաշենի վարչական ղեկավար Սարգիս Անտոնյանի հետ։ Վերջինս փոխանցեց, որ մինչ այս պահը սահմանազատման գծով ոչ ոք չի եկել գյուղ։
«Ընդհանրապես մեր ուղղությամբ սահմանազատման գծով ոչ մի հայտարարություն չի եղել։ Ինչ վերաբերում է փշալարերին, որ տեղադրվել են հայ-վրացական սահմանի երկայնքով, դա Դեբեդ գետի վարարումից հետո են արել, ես անձամբ չգիտեմ՝ դա պետական սահմա՞նն է, թե ոչ, սահմանապահները կասեն»,-նշեց Անտոնյանը։
Նախորդ տարի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Վրաստանի վարչապետ Կոբախիձեի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ, երբ քննարկել է Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի միջև սահմանազատման գործընթացի ակտիվացման հնարավորությունները, հաջորդ օրը՝ մարտի 27-ին ադրբեջանական մամուլը տեղեկություն տարածեց, թե «Փաշինյանը իր վրացի պաշտոնակից Իրակլի Կոբախիձեի՝ Հայաստան կատարած այցելությանը խոստացել է Վրաստանին հանձնել Լոռու մարզի Ջիլիզա գյուղը»։ Վրաստանի հետ սահմանամերձ Ջիլիզա գյուղի ղեկավարը MediaHub-ին ասաց, որ գյուղը միշտ եղել է Հայաստանի տարածքում, ու իրենց հետ որևէ մեկը չի քննարկել այն հանձնելու հարցը։ Մհեր Վարդանյանից հետաքրքրվեցինք նաև գյուղացիների սեփականության իրավունքի վկայականների տրամադրման մասին։
«Հանձնելու ո՛չ իմաստ եմ տեսնում, ո՛չ էլ հավանականություն։ Սահմանին է՝ Վրաստանի Չանախչի գյուղին շատ մոտ, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ դա պետք է հանձնվի։ Մի քանի ընտանիքներ են եղել, որոնց պետությունը չէր տրամադրել սեփականության իրավունքի վկայական, բայց հիմա բոլորն ունեն։ Եվ եթե մարդիկ կան, որ դեռ չունեն, դրանք կապված են որոշ փաստաթղթերի բացակայության հետ»,-ընդգծեց Մհեր Վարդանյանը։
