Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն, հաշվի առնելով նաև հարկ վճարողների առաջարկությունները, 2025 թվականից կատարելագործել է Հաշվետվությունների ներկայացման էլեկտրոնային համակարգը՝ հարկային պարտավորություններ բաժնում ներդնելով նոր «Անձնական հաշվի քարտ» էջ։ Նորույթը զգալիորեն պարզեցրել է հարկային պարտավորությունների հաշվառման գործընթացը։

Իրականացված փոփոխություններից մեկով վարչական ակտերով ներկայացված պարտավորություններն առանձնացվել են հարկատեսակների պարտավորություններից․ հարկային պարտավորությունները հաշվարկվում են հարկատեսակների ԱՀՔ-ում, իսկ վարչական ակտերով ներկայացված պարտավորությունները՝ վարչական ակտի ԱՀՔ-ում։ Արդյունքում՝ վարչական պարտավորությունների մարման համար վճարումը կատարվելու է առանձին՝ 900008000771 վարչական ակտերի միասնական հաշվին, իսկ հարկային պարտավորությունների մարման համար վճարումը կատարվելու է գործող՝ 900008000490 հարկատեսակների միասնական հաշվին։ Այս բարեփոխումը տնտեսվարողին ֆինանսական ճկունության հնարավորություն է տալիս։

Մեկ այլ նորարարությամբ, մինչև հարկային պարտավորությունների վճարման վերջնաժամկետը, տնտեսվարողին հարկային պարտավորություններն ըստ առաջնահերթության մարելու հնարավորություն է տրվել։ Հաշվետվությունների ներկայացման էլեկտրոնային համակարգում ներդրված «Մարում/Վերադարձ» էջի միջոցով հարկ վճարողը պարտավորությունները կարող է մարել իր կողմից նախընտրած հերթականությամբ, միաժամանակ, համապատասխան նշում կատարելու դեպքում, պարտավորությունը կարելի է մարել մինչև վճարման վերջնաժամկետը։ Միասնական հաշվի վրա գումար լինելու դեպքում համակարգն ինքնաշխատ կկատարի մարումը, իսկ գումարի բացակայության դեպքում՝ պահպանվում է մարումների նախապես սահմանված առաջնահերթությունը, և գումար մուտքագրելուց հետո դրանք մարվում են այդ նույն հերթականությամբ։ Այս մոտեցմամբ տնտեսվարողը ֆինանսական միջոցները կկարողանա առավել հարմարավետ կառավարել։

Նոր համակարգն առաջարկում է նաև ճշտված հաշվարկների հաշվառման պարզեցված մեխանիզմ։  Եթե նախկինում ճշտված հաշվարկ ներկայացնելու դեպքում կատարվում էր ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածի պարտավորությունների վերահաշվարկ, այժմ հաշվառվում է միայն նոր և նախորդ հաշվարկների տարբերությունը՝ դելտան։ Տույժերը հաշվարկվում են միայն այդ տարբերության հիման վրա։

Այսուհետև տնտեսվարողին Հաշվետվությունների ներկայացման էլեկտրոնային համակարգում տեսանելի են բոլոր այն էջերը, որոնք հասանելի են հարկային մարմնին։ Իսկ «ԱՀՔ քաղվածք» էջում, ի թիվս մի շարք նորամուծությունների, հարկատեսակների պարտավորությունները տարանջատվել են «ժամկետանց»-ի և «ոչ ժամկետանց»-ի։ Բացի այդ՝ միասնական հաշիվ էջում այժմ տեսանելի են հաշվի շարժն ու մարված պարտավորությունները, իսկ առանձին էջերով տնտեսվարողն արդեն  հասանելիություն ունի նաև տույժերի ու տուգանքների պատմությանը։

Այսպիսով՝ նոր փոփոխությունները միտված են տնտեսվարող-պետություն շփումը տեղափոխել առավել թափանցիկ միջավայր՝ միաժամանակ նպաստելով համակարգի արդյունավետ աշխատանքին։
