«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայաստանի ապագայի հետ կապված այսօր պատմական պահանջ է դրված Հայաստանի հանրապետական և Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցություն կուսակցությունների առաջ: Նման կարծիք ունի քաղաքագետ Աղասի Ենոքյանը: Նրա կարծիքով, Հայաստանի ապագայի հետ կապված այսօր պատմական պահանջ է դրված այս կուսակցությունների առաջ, և ստեղծված իրավիճակում առանց նրանց գրեթե անհնար է պատկերացնել իշխանափոխություն և անհրաժեշտ լուծումներ երկրի համար: Ինչո՞ւ է քաղաքագետն այդ կարծիքին:
«Հայաստանյան կայացած երկու կուսակցությունների՝ ՀՀԿ-ի եւ ՀՅԴ-ի վրա է դրվում մարդկանց քաղաքականություն բերելու, անվտանգության հիմնախնդիրները առաջնայնացնելու, հիմարությունների դյութանքից հանելու պատասխանատվությունը մի շարք պատճառներով. նախևառաջ այն պատճառով, որ իրենք են ամբողջապես պատկերացնում ներկայի արհավիրքը, երկրորդ՝ սա ընտրություններում հաղթելու իրենց հիմնական գրավականն է, երրորդ՝ իրենք են, որ ինստիտուցիոնալ կերպով տիրապետում են անվտանգության հիմնախնդիրներին, չորրորդ՝ իրենք են, որ տիրապետում են դրա համար անհրաժեշտ ռեսուրսներին»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Ենոքյանը։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, նա նշում է, որ գուցե պրոբլեմատիկ է այն, որ այս երկու կուսակցություններն էլ պրոռուսական կողմնորոշում ունեն, սակայն այսօր Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում չկան ոչ ռուսական կեցվածքով կուսակցություններ կամ գործիչներ (Ռուսաստանի հատուկ ծառայությունների պատվերով հակառուսական խոսույթ որդեգրածներին չհաշված), այնպես որ, «այս պահին ռուսամետությունը պարզապես քաղաքական մեյնսթրիմ է»։
«Մյուս կողմից՝ իր կառավարման տարիներին ՀՀԿ-ն ցույց է տվել դիվանագիտական ճկունություն՝ հաջողելով Եվրամիության հետ CEPA-ն, որ այս «եվրոպամետ» իշխանությունները ապաշնորհ կերպով մսխեցին, կամ կարելի է հիշել այն տարիների Հայաստանի անվտանգության դոկտրինը, որը երկրի անվտանգությունը խարսխում էր երեք կետերի վրա՝ Հայոց բանակ, ՀԱՊԿ եւ ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ համագործակցություն»,-ասում է Ենոքյանը և մի քանի հարցեր բարձրացնում՝ կկարողանա՞ն արդյոք ՀՀԿ-ն ու ՀՅԴ-ն քաղաքականացնել հայ ազգին, կկարողանա՞ն ոտքի կանգնեցնել երկիրը, թե՞ ժողովուրդը կմնա հիմարացված, ու կկորցնենք երկիրը։
