Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան, Վրաստան, Ադրբեջան դրամական փոխանցումների ծավալը կրճատվել է

Ռուսաստանից հարևան երկրներ դրամական փոխանցումների ծավալը 2024 թվականին շարունակել է կրճատվել, վկայում է Վրաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկերի վիճակագրությունը, որն ուսումնասիրել է РБК-ն։ Տվյալները հաշվի են առնում դրամական փոխանցումները բանկային ենթակառուցվածքի և/կամ դրամական փոխանցումների «Золотая корона», «Юнистрим» և Contact համակարգերի միջոցով: Այս տվյալներն ավելի մատչելի են, քան ռուսաստանցիների շրջանում հայտնի այլ երկրների կենտրոնական բանկերի վիճակագրությունը։
2024 թվականին Ռուսաստանից Վրաստան է ուղարկվել նաև 541,2 միլիոն դոլար, ինչը 65 տոկոսով պակաս է 2023 թվականի ցուցանիշից, երբ այս ուղղությամբ ուղարկվել էր 1,5 միլիարդ դոլար: Այս ոլորտում ամսական ցուցանիշները տարվա ընթացքում ևս նվազել են։
Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան փոխանցումների ծավալը 2024 թվականի 11 ամիսներին (վերջին տվյալներ) նվազել է 13%-ով՝ 2024 թվականի հունվար-նոյեմբերին 3,2 միլիարդ դոլար՝ 2023 թվականի հունվար-նոյեմբերի 3,6 միլիարդ դոլարի դիմաց։ Ի տարբերություն նախորդ ուղղությունների, դեպի Հայաստան փոխանցումները հուլիսին և օգոստոսին նախորդ տարվա նույն ամիսների համեմատ աճել են համապատասխանաբար 44,2 և 14,7%-ով։ Ռուսաստանը նաև Հայաստան տրանսֆերտներ ուղարկող խոշոր երկիր է։ ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկը հաշվի է առնում փոխանցումները երկրի բանկային համակարգով։
Ադրբեջանի Կենտրոնական բանկը մինչ այժմ հրապարակել է միայն 2024 թվականի առաջին ինն ամիսների վիճակագրությունը։ Անցյալ տարվա հունվար-սեպտեմբերին Ռուսաստանից Ադրբեջան փոխանցումների ծավալը կիսով չափ կրճատվել է՝ հասնելով 410,7 միլիոն դոլարի, սակայն նույնիսկ այս ուղղությամբ ամենամեծ գումարը փոխանցվում է Ռուսաստանից։ Կարգավորողը չի նշում դրամական փոխանցումների վիճակագրության հավաքագրման մեթոդաբանությունը՝ նշելով միայն, որ դրանք ֆիզիկական անձանց հասցեագրված գործողություններ են։
