Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը «Балчуг Капитал» ընկերությանը (հայկական ներդրումային հիմնադրամ – խմբ.) թույլ է տվել ամերիկյան Goldman Sach բանկային խմբի ռուսական դուստր ձեռնարկությունը իրավական ակտեր ձեռք բերել։
«Թույլ տալ BALCHUG CAPITAL փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությանը գործարք իրականացնել՝ Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.-ին (Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.) պատկանող Goldman Sachs Bank սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերության կանոնադրական կապիտալում 100 տոկոս բաժնետոմսերի ձեռքբերման գործարքի համար»,- ասված է փաստաթղթում։
Ինչպես հիշեցնում է РИА Новости-ն, Goldman Sachs Inc.-ն հիմնադրվել է 1869 թվականին Նյու Յորքում։ Բանկի գործունեության հիմնական ոլորտները, որը ֆինանսական շրջանակներում հայտնի է ներդրումային բանկինգ, ֆոնդային առևտուր, ակտիվների և արժեթղթերի կառավարում իրականացնող որպես «Ֆիրմա»: Ըստ հունվարի կեսին հրապարակված հաշվետվության՝ ամերիկյան բանկային հսկայի Goldman Sachs Group Inc.-ի զուտ շահույթը, որը վերագրվում է բաժնետերերին, նախորդ տարի աճել է 1,7 անգամ և կազմել 13,525 միլիարդ դոլար։
«Голдман Сакс Банк» ՍՊԸ-ն, որի կանոնադրական կապիտալի 100%-ը պատկանում է Голдман Сакс Груп, Inc.-ին, գրանցված է Մոսկվայում՝ ըստ իրավաբանական անձանց միասնական պետական ռեգիստրի, Խորհրդի նախագահը Վլադիսլավ Ավսիևիչն է։ Անցյալ տարի Ռուսաստանի Բանկը վարկային հաստատության համապատասխան դիմումների հիման վրա չեղարկեց արժեթղթերի շուկայում պրոֆեսիոնալ մասնակցի բրոքերային գործունեություն իրականացնելու, ինչպես նաև դիլերային գործունեություն իրականացնելու արտոնագիրը:
Հրապարակված հրամանը չի պարունակում որևէ պարզաբանում «Балчуг Капитал» ՓԲԸ-ի վերաբերյալ, բացի նրա անվանումից։ Սակայն Balchug Capital ներդրումային ընկերության գոյությունը հայտնի է։ Ըստ ընկերության կայքում զետեղված տեղեկությունների՝ 2010 թվականին այն հիմնադրել է Դավիթ Ամարյանը, իսկ կենտրոնակայանը տեղակայված է Երևանում։ 2023 թվականին հաղորդվեց, որ այս ներդրումային հիմնադրամը գնել է մոսկովյան «Метрополис» առևտրի կենտրոնը ամերիկյան Hines ընկերությունից, իսկ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի Պուլկովո օդանավակայանի մոտ տեղկայված Pulkovo Sky բիզնես կենտրոնը ֆինն բաժնետերերից EKE Finance Oy-ից և Vicus Oy-ից։
