Աննա Վարդապետյանի որոշմամբ՝ դատախազ է պաշտոնից ազատվել

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանի՝ 2025 թվականի հունվարի 7-ի որոշման հիման վրա՝ Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանի դատախազությունում ինքնավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է կարգապահական վարույթ: Այս մասին հայտնում են դատախազությունից:
Վարույթի շրջանակում հաստատվել է, որ դատախազը պարբերաբար խախտել է աշխատանքային ներքին կարգապահական կանոնները, դատախազի վարքագծի կանոնները և չի կատարել իր պաշտոնեական պարտականությունները, մասնավորապես՝ առանց որևէ իրավական հիմքի՝ երկու աշխատանքային օր չի ներկայացել աշխատանքի:
Կարգապահական վարույթի արդյունքները 2025 թվականի հունվարի 27-ին ուղարկվել են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին առընթեր էթիկայի հանձնաժողով:
Էթիկայի հանձնաժողովը 2025 թվականի հունվարի 30-ի որոշմամբ հաստատված է համարել կարգապահական խախտման առկայությունը և դատախազի մեղավորությունը:
Գլխավոր դատախազի՝ 2025 թվականի հունվարի 31-ի որոշմամբ՝ Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանի դատախազությունում ինքնավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձի նկատմամբ նշանակվել է «պաշտոնից ազատում» տեսակի կարգապահական տույժ:
Գլխավոր դատախազի՝ 2025 թվականի հունվարի 31-ի հրամանով՝ Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանի դատախազության դատախազն ազատվել է պաշտոնից:
