«Դոմոդեդովո» օդանավակայանն անցել է «Ռոսավիացիայի» հսկողության տակ

Մոսկվայի շրջանի արբիտրաժային դատարանը, գլխավոր դատախազության պահանջով, արտաքին կառավարում է սահմանել «Դոմոդեդովո» օդանավակայանի վրա, ըստ էության, օդային հանգույցը «Ռոսավիա»-ի հսկողության տակ է հայտնվել, հայտնում է Известия-ն:
Բացի այդ, Известия-ին այս տեղեկությունը հաստատել են տրանսպորտի նախարարությանը մոտ կանգնած երկու աղբյուր։
«Դատավարություն է ընթանում, և «Դոմոդեդովո» օդանավակայանի գործառնական կառավարումը փաստացի փոխանցվել է Ռոսավիացիային», - նշել է աղբյուրներից մեկը։
Այսպիսով, դատարանը որոշել է Օդային տրանսպորտի դաշնային գործակալության ներկայացուցչին հասանելիություն տրամադրել իրավաբանական անձի գործունեությանը՝ ներառյալ բոլոր ֆինանսական, տեխնիկական և այլ փաստաթղթերը։
Ռուսաստանի Մոսկվայի մարզի արբիտրաժային դատարանը հունվարի 28-ին գրանցել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության գլխավոր դատախազության հայցն ընդդեմ «Դոմոդեդովո» օդանավակայանի հետ կապված 32 իրավաբանական և ֆիզիկական անձանց։ Բացի այդ, գլխավոր դատախազությունը դատարանին միջնորդել է միջանկյալ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել «Դոմոդեդովոյի» կառույցների նկատմամբ։
Ավելի վաղ, Коммерсант-ը հայտնել էր, որ հայցին նախորդել է «Դոմոդեդովո» օդանավակայանի օբյեկտների սեփականաշնորհման ընթացակարգի ստուգումը:
Ведомости-ն, իր հերթին, հայտնել է, որ «Դոմոդեդովոն» հայտնվել է օտարերկրյա պետությունների բնակիչների հսկողության տակ։ Ռուսաստանի օրենսդրության համաձայն՝ օտարերկրյա ներդրողներին և անձանց խմբերին, որոնց թվում է օտարերկրյա ներդրող, արգելվում է իրականացնել երկրի պաշտպանության և պետական անվտանգության ապահովման համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող գործունեություն՝ առանց օտարերկրյա ներդրումների վերահսկողության կառավարական հանձնաժողովի նախնական համաձայնության։ Սակայն «Դոմոդեդովոյի» սեփականատերերը չեն կապվել կառավարական հանձնաժողովի հետ, հայտնում են լրագրողները։
«Դոմոդեդովոն» միջազգային օդանավակայանի կարգավիճակ է ստացել 1992 թվականին։ 2004-ից 2015 թվականներին այն ամենամեծն էր Ռուսաստանում։ «Ռոսավիացիայի» տվյալներով՝ 2024 թվականի առաջին 10 ամիսների ընթացքում «Դոմոդեդովո»-ի ուղևորափոխադրումները կազմել են 13,3 միլիոն մարդ։
