Խուլիգանության կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է իրանցի այն քաղաքացիներից մեկը, որը հրապարակում երգում էր

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով երեկ՝ հունվարի 31-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 14։40-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Էրեբունու բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտա 23/1 հասցեի մոտ մի քաղաքացի կոպիտ կերպով խախտել է հասարակական կարգը, հասարակության նկատմամբ ցուցաբերել է անհարգալից վերաբերմունք, ինչպես նաև դրսևորել է ոչ ադեկվատ վարքագիծ քաղաքային ավտոբուսում։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված հասցե է մեկնել ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Վլադ Բազունցի գլխավորությամբ։
Տեղում ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ այդ արարքը կատարել է Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության մի քաղաքացի, ում երբ թիվ 10 երթուղու ավտոբուսում նախազգուշացրել են, որպեսզի դադարեցնի անհարգալից վերաբերմունքը հասարակության նկատմամբ, նա չի դադարեցրել արարքը և շարունակել է արհամարական վերաբերմունքը, այդ թվում՝ տրանսպորտում հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել քաղաքացիների հասցեին։
Էրեբունու ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ այդ անձը Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացի 40-ամյա Միլարդ Վահիդն, ում նաև մի քանի քաղաքացիներ փորձել են կարգի հրավիրել, սակայն նա վիճաբանել է, ապա ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել իրեն նկատողություն արած Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 22-ամյա Յուրի Բ․-ին և Երևանի բնակիչ 21-ամյա Գագիկ Ա․-ին՝ վերջիններին պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ։ Էրեբունու ոստիկանները Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտայում հայտնաբերում են Մ․ Վահիդին, ձերբակալում ու տեղափոխում ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ իրանցին ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ձերբակալվածը իրանցի այն քաղաքացիներից մեկն է, ով օրեր առաջ, իր համերկրացիների հետ Հանրապետության հրապարակում վայնասուն էին հնչեցրել ու ադրբեջանական երգեր երգել։
