«Իրանցիների» պարի տեսանյութը մնացել է իշխանության կոկորդին

Օրեր առաջ սոցցանցերում ռումբի պայթյունի պես տարածվեց մի տեսանյութ, թե ինչպես են մի խումբ ադրբեջանցիներ պարում Հանրապետության հրապարակում, աղմկում, «Գարաբախ» երգում։ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը շտապեց հայտարարել, թե դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել Ամանորին, իսկ պարողներն Իրանի քաղաքացիներ են։ Պարզաբանումն այդ, կարծես, վստահություն չառաջացրեց հանրության շրջանում, իսկ գործող վարչախմբին օդի պես անհրաժեշտ է ցրել դրա հետևանքները։
Նույնիսկ, եթե պարողներն Իրանի քաղաքացիներ են, անվտանգության մարմինները կոնկրետ թերացել են իրենց գործունեության մեջ, երբ Իրանի անձնագրով ցանկացած ազերի կարող է հայտնվել երկրի գլխավոր հրապարակում, սադրանքներ հրահրել։
Իր թերացումները խոստովանելու փոխարեն ԱԱԾ-ն որոշել է գտնել ու ձերբակալել տեսանյութի տարածողներին։ ԱԱԾ-ն Իրանի քաղաքացիների մասնակցությամբ տեսանյութի տարածման առնչությամբ առերևույթ հանցանքի մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացել Քննչական կոմիտե՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 329-րդ հոդվածի (ատելություն, խտրականություն, անհանդուրժողականություն կամ թշնամանք հրահրելու կամ քարոզելուն ուղղված հրապարակային խոսքը, ինչպես նաև այդ նպատակով նյութեր կամ առարկաներ տարածելը) 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով: Պնդում են, թե «Փաստական տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ համացանցում տարածված և լայն արձագանք գտած տեսագրությունը հրապարակվել է «Ռազմավարական Հետազոտությունների Անկախ Կենտրոն» հասարակական կազմակերպության ղեկավար Ղ․ Բ-ի կողմից՝ համանուն ֆեյսբուքյան օգտահաշվում, իսկ տեսագրությանը կից Ղ․ Բ-ն տեղեկատվական և հաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների օգտագործմամբ հանդես է եկել անձի կամ անձանց խմբի նկատմամբ քաղաքական և սոցիալական բնույթի այլ հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված՝ ատելություն և անհանդուրժողականություն հրահրելուն և/կամ քարոզելուն ուղղված հրապարակային խոսքով»։
Այս քրգործով ԱԱԾ-ն նաև ցանկանում է ահաբեկել այլ քաղաքացիների, որպեսզի նրանց մտքով չանցնի երբևէ նման տեսանյութեր տարածել, փաստարկել, որ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն չեղածի հաշիվ է։
