ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը ԱՄՆ կատարած իր աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակներում հանդիպում է ունեցել ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի օգնական, ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի ադմինիստրատորի տեղակալ, Եվրոպայի և ԱՊՀ երկրների տարածաշրջանային բյուրոյի տնօրեն Իվանա Ժիվկովիչի հետ:
Ինչպես հայտնում են Ֆինանսների նախարարությունից հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձ են կատարել Միավորված ազգերի զարգացման ծրագրի (ՄԱԶԾ)-ի հետ արդյունավետ համագործակցության հիմնական ուղղություններին՝ կարևորելով հատկապես հարկային ոլորտում իրականացված բարեփոխումները:
Նախարար Հովհաննիսյանը, մասնավորապես, նշել է, որ ներկայում վերանայվում և քննարկվում են Հայաստանի հարկային քաղաքականությանն առնչվող խորքային մոտեցումները, ինչպես նաև հարկային օրենսգրքի նոր հնարավոր փոփոխությունները՝ հավելելով, որ հենց այս թեմաներն էլ կարող են լինել ՄԱԿ-ի հետ առաջիկա համագործակցության գլխավոր ուղղությունները:
Այնուհետև նախարար Հովհաննիսյանն ընդգծել է ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունների, այդ թվում՝ պետական համակարգի ներկայացուցիչների հիմնական մասնագիտական հմտությունների զարգացման կարևորությունը՝ նշելով, որ դեռ կան այնպիսի հատուկ հմտություններ, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է զարգացնել, և որոնք ՀՀ կառավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում են:
Իվանա Ժիվկովիչը նշել է, որ այս պահին քննարկման փուլում է գտնվում Հայաստանի հետ երկկողմ համագործակցության ռազմավարական փաստաթուղթը, որը նախատեսում է հստակ ընդգրկել համագործակցության հիմնական ուղղությունները: Նախարարը կարևորել է, մասնավորապես, այդ փաստաթղթի շնորհիվ Հայաստանի ուշադրության կենտրոնում գտնվող գլխավոր կարիքների հասցեագրումը: Նա անդրադարձ է կատարել նաև հանրային կառավարման ոլորտի բարեփոխումների ռազմավարությանը, որի իրագործումը ՀՀ կառավարության առաջնահերթություններից է, ուստի կարևոր է նաև դրա առանձին բաղադրիչների՝ երկկողմ համագործակցության ռազմավարական փաստաթղթի մեջ արտացոլումը:
