COVID-ից հետո վախի նոր ալիք՝ առեղծվածային վիրուս է առաջացել

Կորոնավիրուսի համաճարակից հետո աշխարհն ավելի կասկածամիտ է դարձել նոր վիրուսային վարակների նկատմամբ։ Երբեմն խուճապ է առաջանում անսպասելիորեն: Այսպես, բրիտանական մամուլում տարեսկզբին տեղեկություն հայտնվեց, որ երկրում կտրուկ աճել է նոր առեղծվածային վիրուսով վարակվածների թիվը։ Իռլանդիայի իշխանությունները նույնիսկ կոչ են արել բնակիչներին՝ կոչ անելով հնարավորինս տանը մնալ։ Խոսակցություն կա, որ կառավարությունը չի բացառում նոր համապետական կարանտինի ներդրման հնարավորությունը, եթե շուտով համաճարակաբանական իրավիճակը չփոխվի։
Կարանտինի պատճառն այն է, որ նոր վիրուսը, ինչպես 5 տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցավ Covid-ի հետ, կրկին Չինաստանից Եվրոպա է եկել։ Բրիտանական մամուլում «նոր վիրուսի» շուրջ հիստերիան սկսվեց հունվարի սկզբին, երբ Չինաստանը ստիպված եղավ շտապ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել HMPV վիրուսի տարածումը կասեցնելու համար, որը թափանցել էր երկրի հյուսիսային նահանգները։
Արտասահմանյան լրատվամիջոցներում հիվանդության վերաբերյալ մտահոգություններ հայտնվեցին այն բանից հետո, երբ չինական սոցիալական մեդիայում սկսեցին հայտնվել չինական հիվանդանոցների մարդաշատ սպասասրահների լուսանկարները, որտեղ դիմակներով բազմաթիվ հիվանդներ սպասում էին բժիշկներին: Ու թեև Չինաստանի առողջապահության նախարարությունը փորձեց հանգստացնել լրագրողներին՝ վստահեցնելով, որ HMPV վիրուսը չի կարող համեմատվել COVID-ի հետ, իսկ շնչառական վարակների ընդհանուր թիվը երկրում նախորդ տարվա համեմատ նվազել է, խուճապը դեռ աճում է։
Հատկապես, երբ շուտով HMPV վիրուսի բազմաթիվ դեպքեր սկսեցին գրանցվել հենց Մեծ Բրիտանիայում։ Երկրի Առողջապահության և անվտանգության գործակալության զեկույցի համաձայն՝ արագորեն աճում է մարդու մետապնևմովիրուսով վարակման դեպքերը (հայտնի է նաև որպես HMPV): Բոլոր մյուս շնչառական վարակների շրջանում դրա հաճախականությունը կտրուկ աճել է, հատկապես 80 տարեկան և ավելի բարձր տարիքի մարդկանց շրջանում:
«HMPV-ն նոր վիրուս չէ, վարակի առաջին դեպքը գրանցվել է դեռ 2001 թվականին Նիդեռլանդներում։ Շատ երկրներում, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանում, այս վիրուսը ակտիվորեն շրջանառվում է ձմռանը։ Դրա ախտանշանները նման են մրսածության, այդ թվում՝ հազ, ջերմություն, խցանված քիթ կամ հոսող քթ, սակայն որոշ մարդկանց մոտ կարող է առաջանալ ցան, շնչահեղձություն և կոկորդի ցավ: Այն վտանգավոր է թուլացած հիվանդների համար, որոնց մոտ մետապնևմովիրուսային վարակը արագորեն իջնում է բրոնխներ և թոքեր և կարող է հանգեցնել բորբոքման ծանր ձևի: Վարակը փոխանցվում է օդակաթիլներով՝ հազի, փռշտալիս կամ աղտոտված մակերեսների հետ շփման ժամանակ»,- ասում է թերապևտ Կիրիլ Վասիլևը։
