Ձախողված կառավարության ղեկավարն ասելիք և անելիք չունի: Սա շատ բնական է: Վկան՝ այսօրվա մամուլի ասուլիսն է, որտեղ "գյալաջիից" բացի ոչինչ չկար: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀԿ ԳՄ անդամ Արտակ Զաքարյանը․

«Այս կառավարիչների վրա մեր պետությունն անիմաստ փող է վատնում: Վճարում է անիմաստ աշխատավարձեր, պարգևավճարներ, սպասարկման և գործուղումների ծախսեր և այլ: Դա դեռ մի կողմ. նրանք ո՛չ մեր ժողովրդին, ո՛չ էլ արտաքին աշխարհին ասելիք չունե՛ն:

Որոշ քաղաքացիների գուցե թվում էր, թե աննախադեպ աղետներից, վնասներից, կորուստներից ու պետական կարողությունները միտումնավոր և/կամ անփութորեն վատնելուց հետո, այս կառավարությունը որոշ հարցեր կլուծի: Բայց ո՛չ: Ժամանակն աշխատում է ի վնաս մեր ժողովրդի, ի վնաս մեր երեխաների, ի վնաս մեզ բոլորիս:

Նիկոլի ասուլիսից կարելի է արձանագրել հետևայլը.

1. Պետության և հասարակության համար կենսական անվտանգության ապահովման լուծումներ չունեն:

2. Ահռելի պետական պարտքը սպասարկելու, բյուջե լցնելու և առաջիկայում նոր պարտքեր վերցնելու համար պետք է բարձրացնեն հարկերը և տուրքերը:

3. Արտաքին քաղաքականություն գույութնուն չունի, և ոչ մի երկիր այլևս լուրջ չի վերաբերվում Հայաստանին ու հայ ժողովրդին:

4. Պետք է խոնարհաբար ու ստորաքարշորեն կատարենք թշնամու պահանջները և լուծենք իբրև թե առկա պրոբլեմները: Դուք ինձ ընտրել եք, ես էլ իրականացնում եմ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի պահանջները: Իհարկե մեր երկրի ու ժողովրդի հաշվին:

5. Ըստ Նիկոլի՝ Հայաստան պետության “ապագան” ոչինչ չանելու, հավակնոտ նպատակներ և ազգային շահեր չունենալու մեջ է:

6. Իրենց շատ սիրելի “նախկին -ներկա” խոսույթն այլևս Նիկոլին ձեռք չի տալիս: Նա հասկանալիորեն խուսափում է այդ համեմատությունից, որովհետև այդ հարցում նա դառնում է և՛ դավաճան, և՛ ձախողված, և՛ աղետաբեր և՛ վնասարար:

Երկրի նախորդ ղեկավարների ասուլիսները, տարբեր երկրիների ու նաև մեր հասարակության համար, երկար ժամանակ դառնում էին քաղաքական իրադարձություն: Երկար ժամանակ (առ այսօր) քաղաքական շրջանակները, լրատվամիջոցները, պարզ մարդիկ քննարկում, վերլուծում, մեկնաբանում էին ՀՀ նախագահների ասածները:

Նիկոլի ասուլիսը երկու ժամ հետո մոռացված իրադարձություն է լինելու: Եվ ընդհանրապես, ակնհայտ է, որ հասարակության մեծ մասին այլևս չի հետաքրքրում, թե ի՞նչ է ասում կառավարությունը կամ նրա ներկայացուցիչը: Դա էր վկայում նաև “5-րդ ալիք” ՀԸ հարցախույզը, ըստ որի հարցված 72 քաղաքացիներից 60-ն ընդհանրապես ոչ մի հարց չուներ Նիկոլին, որովհետև այլևս չեն հավատում:

Վաղուց ժամանակն է, որ միասնական ընդդիմությունը խոսի հասարակության ապագայի, ստեղծված իրավիճակից դուրս գալու ելքերի ու կուտակված հարցերի լուծումների մասին: Այս կառավարության անցնցում հեռացումը շարունակում է մնալ միակ ներքաղաքական օրակարգը: Դա ապացուցված փաստ է և երկրի համար կենսական անհրաժեշտություն»:
