Փաշինյանը նյարդային էր Կոբախիձեի հետ հանդիպմանը

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ Երևանում առանձնազրույց էր ունեցել Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Կոբախիձեի հետ, ապա հաջորդել էր Տնտեսական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի 14-րդ նիստը։ Նիստից հետո կայացած ասուլիսում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նյարդային վիճակն անհնար էր չնկատել։ Նշելով, որ չեն շրջանցել նաև մեր տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և կայունության հաստատմանն ու ամրապնդմանը միտված ընթացիկ գործընթացների շուրջ քննարկումները՝ Փաշինյանը հայտնել է. «Գործընկերոջս ներկայացրել եմ Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի զարգացումները՝ շեշտելով, որ երկուստեք մտահոգություններ ներկայացնող բոլոր հարցերի շուրջ Հայաստանը ներկայացրել է շատ կոնկրետ առաջարկներ և լուծումներ, և սպասում է Ադրբեջանի կառուցողական արձագանքին»:
Փաշինյանը վերահաստատել էր, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը հաստատակամ է խաղաղության օրակարգն առաջ մղելու գործում և շարունակելու է ակտիվ ջանքեր գործադրել այդ ուղղությամբ: Խոսել էին նաև Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ընթացող սահմանազատման գործընթացի վերջին զարգացումներից, նաև Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի միջև սահմանազատման գործընթացն ակտիվացնելու ուղղությամբ պայմանավորվել են, որ ջանքեր կգործադրեն:
Հայաստանն ու Վրաստանը մոտ 219 կմ ընդհանուր սահման ունեն, որի մեծ մասը մինչ օրս սահմանազատված չէ։ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո որոշվել էր, որ ոչ միայն Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան, այլև Հայաստան-Վրաստան սահմանն են սահմանազատելու։ Վրաստանն էլ դեմ չէ օգտվել Հայաստանի թուլությունից ու ապիկար իշխանությունների գոյությունից, որոշ հատվածներում սահմանն իր օգտին գծելու համար։ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը տարբեր պատրվակներով ձգձգում է այս հարցը, ինչն էլ հարուցել է Թբիլիսիի տարակուսանքը։ Թերևս, այդ հարցով էր պայմանավորված որոշակի լարվածությունը։
