Հանրապետության հրապարակում «Գարաբաղ» են երգում, Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախմբի պարագլուխն անընդհատ սպառնում է և վիրավորում, մենք՝ որպես ազգ, մեզ նվաստացած ենք զգում և այլ բազմաթիվ՝ ոչ միայն արժանապատվության այլ նաև գոյութենական, խնդիրների լուծումը մեկն է և միայն մեկը։ Այս մասին գրում է իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով սոցցանցերում տարածվող տեսանյութին, որտեղ Երևանի Հանրապետության հրապարակում մի խումբ անձինք ադրբեջաներեն երգում են «Ղարաբաղի» մասին։

«Համազգային և համապետական ջանքերի և ռեսուրսների գերկենտրոնացմանբ հստակորեն ծրագրել և մեթոդաբար ու քայլ առ քայլ իրականացնել Ադրբեջան անվանումով քաղցկեղային գոյացության չեզոքացման անզուգաչափ  գործողությունը։

Մնացածը հեքիաթ է, որովհետև «կա՛մ մենք, կա՛մ դուք» պարզ և անպաճույճ բանաձևումն արվել է հենց Բաքվի բարբարոսսկան վարչախմբի կողմից, իսկ մենք ուղղակի չենք ցանկանում առերեսվել այս իրականությանը՝ տածելով սին հույսեր և ապրելով պատրանքներով»,- գրել է նա։
