Արագածոտնի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում՝ նախագահությամբ դատավոր Սուրեն Մնոյանի, այսօր՝ հունվարի 30-ին, շարունակվում է եզդիաբնակ Շամիրամ գյուղում 2017թ. ամռանը սգո սրահում 4 հոգու սպանության գործով դատավարությունը:
Ինչպես NEWS.am-ի թղթակիցն է հաղորդում դատարանից, նիստի մեկնարկին գործով ամբաստանյալ Թելման Քալաշյանը եզդիերենով հայտարարեց, որ չի տիրապետում հայերեն լեզվին և թարգմանչի կարիք ունի: Ինչին թե´ մեղադրող կողմի ներկայացուցիչները, թե´ նախագահող դատավորն առարկեցին, նշելով, որ ամբաստանյալը դատավարությունը ձգձգելու նպատակ ունի: Նրանք նշեցին, որ յոթ տարի տևող դատավարության ընթացքում Թելման Քալաշյանը բազմիցս խոսել և ցուցմունքներ է ներկայացրել հայերենով, հետևաբար տիրապետում է հայերենին և թարգմանչի կարիք չունի: Մեղադրող կողմն իր ելույթում շեշտեց նաև, որ յոթ տարի տևող դատավարության ընթացքում նշանակված 200 նիստերից 57-ը տեղի չեն ունեցել Թելման Քալաշյանի պաշտպան Կրոմվել Գրիգորյանի `տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով բացակայելու պատճառով:
Այսօր դատարանում հնչեց մեղադրական ճառը, ըստ որի՝ դատախազը պահանջեց Թելման Քալաշյանին դատապարտել ցմահ ազատազրկման և նախքան վերջնական վճռի հրապարակումը պահպանել նրա նկատմանամբ կիրառված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը: Դատախազի ելույթից ամբաստանյալը բարկացավ և եզդիերենով հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնել տուժող կողմի և տուժողների իրավահաջորդների նկատմամբ: Դատարանում իրավիճակն այն աստիճան լարվեց, որ դատական կարգադրիչները պատ կազմեցին՝ դահլիճում ներկաների հնարավոր տեղաշարժը թույլ չտալու համար: Տուժող կողմը սակայն որևէ կերպ չարձագանքեց: Նախագահող դատավորը Թելման Քալաշյանի նկատմամբ նկատողություն հայտարարեց:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Թելման Քալաշյանը 2017-ի օգոստոսի 1-ին Շամիրամ համայնքի գերեզմանատանը կից սգո սրահում ապօրինի ձեռք բերված հրազենով սպանել է 4 մարդու, ևս 7-ը ստացել են տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ։ Դեպքից հետո Թելման Քալաշյանը դիմել է փախուստի, որի ընթացքում կրակոցներ է արձակել նաև իր փախուստը կանխելու և բռնելու նպատակով իրեն հետապնդող քաղաքացու նկատմամբ, ով ականատես էր եղել սգո սրահում կատարված ողբերգությանը։ Այդպիսով՝ Թելման Քալաշյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ նախկին ՔՕ 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 6-րդ կետերով, 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։
