Անչափահասին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Նովովորոնեժի բնակելի շենքերից մեկում կենցաղային գազի պայթյունի մեջ, հաղորդում է ՌԴ Վորոնեժի մարզի քննչական կոմիտեն։

2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 6-ին Նովովորոնեժի Նաբերեժնայա փողոցի ինը հարկանի շենքի բնակարանում գազի պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել, որը հանգեցրել է հրդեհի։ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության տվյալներով՝ հրդեհվել է երկրորդ հարկում գտնվող բնակարան, և վարչության աշխատակիցները շենքից տարհանել են 32 մարդու, այդ թվում՝ մեկ երեխայի։ Սկզբում ենթադրվում էր, որ պայթյունը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի վնասվածքներ է պատճառել այրված բնակարանի տիրոջը, և որ նրա 15-ամյա որդին վիրավորվել է։ Դեպքի հիման վրա գործ է հարուցվել սպառողների կյանքի կամ առողջության անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող ծառայությունների մատուցման դեպքի առթիվ։

Սակայն հետաքննության ընթացքում պարզ է դարձել, որ պայթյունի վայրում անշունչ հայտնաբերված կինը դեպքից մի քանի օր առաջ մահացել է։ Պարզվել է, որ նոյեմբերի 3-ի գիշերը նրան ծեծել և վիրավորել է անչափահաս որդին՝ որպես զենք օգտագործելով չպարզված իրեր։ Կինը լուրջ վնասվածքներ է ստացել և ողջ չի մնացել, իսկ դեռահասը որոշել է թաքցնել իր մեղքը մատնանշող ապացույցները և պայթյուն է իրականացրել։ Դրա համար բացել է գազի խողովակի ծորակը, սպասել, մինչեւ կենցաղային գազը լցվի բնակարանի տարածքը, կրակայրիչ է օգտագործել։

«Հարցաքննության ժամանակ դեռահասը խոստովանել է, և հետաքննության պահանջով նրան տեղափոխել են հոգեբուժարան՝ դատահոգեբուժական փորձաքննության։
