Մարդիկ խճճվում են, որովհետև տոմսային համակարգը նոր է և դրան սովորելը որոշակի ժամանակ է պահանջելու։ Այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում ասել է Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը։

Ավինյանի խոսքով՝ այժմ առաջարկում է փաթեթներ, որոնք աննախադեպ են իրենց մատչելիությամբ։

«Մենք ունեցել ենք այդ մեկանգամյա ուղևորափոխադրումը և հիմա միանգամից 7-8 փաթեթ ենք առաջարկում։ Մենք չենք հեծանիվ հորինողը, դա միջազգային փորձից է եկել։ Լինելու են տարբեր փաթեթներ, և մարդիկ մեկ անգամ փորձելով անսահմանափակ փաթեթները, որը քաղաքապետարանը հիմա աննախադեպ ցածր գնով է առաջարկում, կրկնապատիկ տալով, հետագայում մարդիկ ուղղակի անցնելու են այդ անսահմանափակ փաթեթներին, որովհետև կտեսնեն, որ ֆինանսապես իրենց ավելի ձեռնտու է»,- ասաց նա։

 Նա  նշել է, որ ավագանու գալիք արտահերթ նիստին առաջարկելու են փաթեթներին հավելյալ մեկ ամսվա ժամկետ, նաեւ գործում են տարատեսակ զեղչեր:

Ըստ Ավինյանի՝ տոմսային համակարգի բարեփոխումները երկու խնդիր են լուծում. այն պետք է հարմար լինի մարդկանց համար, և յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է ընտրի ուղևորությունների կազմակերպման իր ձևը եւ երկրորդը՝ ֆինանսական հավաքագրման հարցը․ «Պետք է հասկանանք՝ գազելները, պազիկները փոխելուց հետո ունենք նոր որակի տրանսպորտ, նրանց սպասարկումը թանկ է նստում։ Ֆինանսական հավաքագրման խնդիր կա լուծելու, որպեսզի կարողնանք պահպանել եւ հետագայում կատարելագործել ավտոբուսային պարկը»:
