ԵԱՏՄ-ն անդամ երկրների արդյունաբերական ճյուղերում նոր նախագծեր կֆինանսավորի

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) արդյունաբերական ճյուղերում համատեղ կոոպերացիոն նախագծերի ֆինանսավորման նոր մեխանիզմի շրջանակում կսուբսիդավորվեն առաջին երկու նախագծերը, «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի արդյունաբերության և ագրոարդյունաբերական համալիրի հարցերով կոլեգիայի անդամ (նախարար) Գոհար Բարսեղյանը՝ մանրամասնելով, որ ԵՏՀ խորհուրդը հունվարի 22-ին կայացած նիստում հաստատել է երկու եռակողմ արդյունաբերական կոոպերացիոն նախագծերի սուբսիդավորման առաջին հայտերը։
«Խոսքը՝ «Մուրոմյան սլաքային գործարան»-ի՝ Մոսկվա-Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ արագընթաց երկաթուղային մայրուղու շինարարության համար արտադրանքի թողարկման և «Kazrost Engineering Ltd» ընկերության՝ Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի խցիկների արտադրության ընդլայնման և հավաքման տեղայնացման նախագծերին է վերաբերում:Մեխանիզմի հիմնական նպատակն է ստեղծել համատեղ կոոպերացիոն արժեքային շղթաներ, որոնք ուղղված են նոր արտադրական հզորությունների ստեղծմանը կամ առկա հզորությունների արդիականացմանը՝ Միության երկրների ներուժի օգտագործմամբ։ Մեխանիզմը նախատեսում է սուբսիդավորել Միության բյուջեից ֆինանսական կազմակերպության կողմից արդյունաբերական նախագծի իրականացման համար ձեռնարկությանը տրամադրված վարկի կամ փոխառության տոկոսադրույքը՝ անդամ պետության կենտրոնական բանկի հիմնական տոկոսադրույքի 100%-ի չափով»,- նշել է Բարսեղյանը։
Համատեղ կոոպերացիոն նախագծերի ֆինանսավորման այս նոր փորձնական նախագիծը նախատեսված է 5 տարվա համար և իրականացվում է վերամշակող արդյունաբերության բոլոր ճյուղերում՝ բացառությամբ սննդի վերամշակման։ Մեկ նախագծի համար սուբսիդավորման առավելագույն չափը չպետք է գերազանցի 350 միլիոն ռուբլին մեկ տարում, իսկ բանկերի վարկային տոկոսադրույքների առավելագույն սահմանը չի կարող գերազանցել անդամ պետության հիմնական տոկոսադրույքը՝ գումարած 6,5%։
Ըստ նրա՝ հաստատվել է նաև 64 բանկերի և 9 զարգացման ինստիտուտների ցանկ, որոնք իրավունք ունեն մասնակցելու այս մեխանիզմին (Հայաստանի դեպքում՝ 17 բանկ)։
