Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը խուսափում է Ուկրաինայի հարցով խաղաղ բանակցություններից և ձգտում է պատերազմն անվերջ դարձնել, հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին, փոխանցում է MT-ն։

«Այսօր Պուտինը ևս մեկ անգամ հայտարարեց, որ վախենում է բանակցություններից, վախենում է ուժեղ առաջնորդներից և ամեն ինչ անում է պատերազմը երկարացնելու համար։ Նրա յուրաքանչյուր քայլը և նրա բոլոր ցինիկ չարաճճիությունները ուղղված են պատերազմն անվերջ դարձնելուն»,- գրել է Զելենսկին X սոցիալական ցանցերում։

Ահա թե ինչպես է Ուկրաինայի առաջնորդը պատասխանել Պուտինի այն խոսքերին, թե ինքը Զելենսկին չի համարում Ուկրաինայի օրինական նախագահ, որը կարող է խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել Ռուսաստանի հետ։

Պուտինի խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինայի Սահմանադրության համաձայն՝ երկրի նախագահը, իբր, իրավունք չունի երկարաձգել իր լիազորությունները ռազմական դրության պայմաններում։ Զելենսկու նախագահական հնգամյա ժամկետն ավարտվել է 2024 թվականի մայիսին։ «Այնուհետև լիազորությունները փոխանցվում են Ռադայի նախագահին։ Եթե նա ցանկանում է մասնակցել բանակցություններին, ես կնշանակեմ մարդկանց, ովքեր կվարեն այդ բանակցությունները, խնդրում եմ»,- ասել է Պուտինը:

Ի պատասխան՝ Զելենսկին կոչ է արել համաշխարհային առաջնորդներին հաշվի առնել անցյալի սխալները, միավորել ուժերը և Ռուսաստանին ստիպել «իսկական խաղաղության»։ «Պուտինը աշխարհը կործանելու մեծ ներուժ ունի, բայց չափազանց փոքր և վախկոտ սիրտ ունի առաջնորդների իրական ճնշմանը դիմակայելու համար: Եվ դրա համար մենք պետք է գործենք համակարգված և վճռական»,- նշել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահը։
