Կա´մ ռուս-ադրբեջանական օրակարգում կա խնդիր կամ խնդիրներ, որտեղ ադրբեջանցիները կոմպրոմիսներ են ակնկալում կա´մ Բաքվում համարում են, որ ռուսական կողմից էական սպասելիքներ Հայաստանի հարցում այլևս չկան։
Ֆեյսբուքի էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը․
«Ռուս-ադրբեջանական լարվածության հերթական փոխհրաձգության պայմաններում, Ադրբեջանը նոր մեղադրանք է հնչեցրել պաշտոնական Մոսկվայի հասցեին` հայտարարելով, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմի ավարտից հետո, ռուս խաղաղապահների Արցախում տեղակայելուց հետո, դիվանագիտական բեռի անվան տակ, ՌԴ-ն ռազմական նշանակության բեռներ է հասցրել Արցախին:
Սա մեզ համար բավականին ուշագրավ թեմա է ոչ այնքան ռուս-ադրբեջանական փոխադարձ մեղադրանքների, որքան 2020-23 թվականներին, ՌԴ-ի` Արցախին նկատմամբ դրսևորած հնարավոր աջակցության համատեքստում, ինչը դեռ պետք է ամբողջությամբ հասկանալ:
Ավելի վաղ էլ, Բաքվից մեղադրանք էր հնչել Ադրբեջանում գործող «Ռուսական տան» հասցեին, որին վերագրեցին ՌԴ հետախուզական աշխատանքների գործառույթ:
Հիշեցնեմ, որ երկու երկրների միջև վերջին քաղաքական, տեղեկատվական փոխհրաձգության առիթը ադրբեջանական ավիաուղիներին պատկանող ինքնաթիռի` ՌԴ օդային տարածքում վթարն էր, որի թեման դեռ երկար ժամանակ նստվածք կթողնի երկկողմ հարաբերություններում:
Ադրբեջանի քարոզչական ագրեսիան Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ 2 հիմնական պատճառ ունի:
Կա´մ ռուս-ադրբեջանական օրակարգում կա խնդիր կամ խնդիրներ, որտեղ ադրբեջանցիները կոմպրոմիսներ են ակնկալում կա´մ Բաքվում համարում են, որ ռուսական կողմից էական սպասելիքներ Հայաստանի հարցում այլևս չկան և գործում են ըստ ավանդական քաղաքական գծի, որն այս փուլում ՌԴ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակ, առավել ևս` դաշնակցային, չի ենթադրում»:
