ԵՄ երկրների դեսպաններն այսօր որոշում կկայացնեն Հայաստանում դիտորդական առաքելության երկարաձգման վերաբերյալ

Եվրամիության երկրների դեսպաններն այսօր Բրյուսելում կքննարկեն ու որոշում կկայացնեն Հայաստանում ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության երկարաձգման վերաբերյալ։
«Ազատության» Եվրոպայի հարցերով խմբագիր Ռիկարդ Յոզվյակի հաղորդմամբ, եթե վերջին պահին անակնկալներ չլինեն, դեսպանները հավանություն կտան նախագծին, որով Եվրամիության քաղաքացիական առաքելությունը Հայաստանում կմնա ևս երկու տարի՝ մինչև 2027 թվականի փետրվարի 19-ը։ Դիտորդների կազմն ու թվաքանակը, ըստ որոշման նախագծի, կմնա անփոփոխ՝ 165 միջազգային ու 44 հայաստանցի աշխատող։ Առաքելության դիտարկման գոտին, ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, տարածվում է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի ողջ երկայնքով, ներառյալ Նախիջևանի հատվածը։
«Հաշվի առնելով տարածքի զգալի չափերը՝ առաքելությունն իր տրամադրության տակ եղած ռեսուրսներով ի վիճակի չէ նկատել սահմանի երկայնքով տեղի ունեցող ցանկացած միջադեպ», - տեղակայումից հետո հայտարարել էր դիտորդական առաքելությունը, մանրամասնելով՝ «պարեկները ձգտում են այցելել այն վայրեր, որտեղ տեղի են ունեցել միջադեպեր, այնուհետև զեկուցել այդ մասին Եվրամիության կենտրոնակայան՝ հիմք ընդունելով բաց աղբյուրներից ու վստահելի ականատեսներից ստացված տեղեկությունները»։
Չնայած այս հայտարարություններին ու նաև այն փաստին, որ դիտորդների մեծ մասն անզեն են, Բաքուն առաքելության տեղակայման առաջին օրից քննադատում է նրանց, մեղադրում լրտեսության ու տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությունը խախտելու համար։ Անցած տարեվերջին ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյաներից մեկն անգամ հայտարարեց, թե եվրոպացի դիտորդների հեռացումը խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրման նախապայմաններից է։
