Ե՛վ միջազգային մակարդակով, և՛ Հայաստանի հետ երկկողմ շփումներում մենք անընդհատ ընդգծում ենք մի խնդիր՝ պետք է ապահովվի Ադրբեջանից Ադրբեջան անարգել անցումը։ Պետք է լինի հարմարավետ և ազատ անցում Ադրբեջանից դեպի Ադրբեջան՝ առանց որևէ ստուգումների և խոչընդոտների։
Ինչպես հաղորդում է ԱՊԱ-ն, այդ մասին նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն ասել է տրանսպորտի հարցերին նվիրված հանդիպմանը։
«Մենք չենք մոռացել և չենք մոռանա «Զանգեզուրը»: Նորից եմ ասում՝ մենք տարածքային պահանջ չունենք Հայաստանի նկատմամբ։ Սակայն Հայաստանը պետք է կատարի իր պարտավորությունները՝ ապահովելով Ադրբեջանից Ադրբեջան անարգել անցում»,– ասել է նա։
«Հայաստանը առաջ է քաշել, այսպես կոչված, «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծը, և այժմ աշխարհում չկա մի երկիր, որին այն չներկայացնի։ Չնայած այս, այսպես կոչված, «նախագիծն» առանց Ադրբեջանի գրոշի արժեք չունի։ Եթե դուք իսկապես ցանկանում եք իրականացնել այս նախագիծը, ապա առաջին հերթին պետք է դիմեք Ադրբեջանին, քանի որ առանց մեզ դա ընդամենը թղթի կտոր է։ Եվ մեր պայմաններն արդար են՝ հիմնված միջազգային իրավունքի և հենց Հայաստանի պարտավորությունների վրա»,- հավելել է նա։
