Ցանկանում եմ գլուխ խոնարհել բոլոր ժամանակների մեր նահատակ հերոսների առջև։ Այս մասին ԶՈՒ կազմավորման 33-րդ տարեդարձի առիթով հղած տեսաուղերձի ժամանակ ասաց Բագրատ Սրբազանը:
«Մեր խոնարհումը և զորակցությունն եմ հայտնում մեր վիրավորում ստացած բոլոր եղբայրներին։ Մեր աղոթքները և մխիթարության մաղթանքները՝ անհայտության մեջ գտնվող մեր եղբայրների շուտափույթ վերադարձի և իրենց ընտանիքների համար, մեր ամբողջական խոնարհումը բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր այս 33 տարիների ընթացքին, հակառակ բոլոր տեսակի դժվարությունների, տառապանքների, ցավերի, խոցումների, վիրավորում ոտքի վրա կանգնեցին և մեծ պատվով ու պատասխանատվությամբ գործեցին մեր երկրի, մեր պետականության ոչ միայն ամրապնդման, այլև հատկապես անվտանգության համար։ Հայոց բանակը 33 տարեկան է, ձևավորվել է ամենադժնդակ պայմաններում, երբ զինվորական արվեստին ոչ մի բանով ծանոթ մարդիկ մշակներ, մտավորականներ, գիտնականներ, կյանքի տարբեր շերտերից, խավերից նվիրյալ հայորդիներ վճռեցին և որոշեցին ոտքի կանգնել, ազատագրել Արցախ աշխարհը, պաշտպանել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանները, վերականգնել մեր պատիվը, որ դարերի ընթացքին փորձվել էր խլվել մեզանից»,- ասաց նա:
Սրբազանի խոսքով, ամբողջ Հայաստանն այսօր գտնվում է խոցված վիճակում:
«Այսուհանդերձ, այսօր գտնվում ենք խոցված վիճակում, գողացված պատվի և գողացված ուրախության ժամանակներում։ Մենք կոչված ենք վերականգնել մեր պատիվը, մենք կոչված ենք վերականգնել մեր ուրախությունը, հայոց բանակի հաղթական ավանդույթները և շարունակել նրա հաղթական շքերթը, մեզանից շատ չեն հեռացած այդ հաղթանակի բերկրանքը, հաղթանակի քաղցրությունը, հաղթանակի հպարտությունը, որ մենք ապրել ենք ամեն օր, սակայն 2018 թվականից ի վեր մեզանից խլվել է այդ հաղթանակը, մենք չունենք գերագույն հրամանատարություն և մեր աղոթքն ու մաղթանքն է, որ այս տարի լինի վերջին տարին, որ մենք զրկված լինենք այդ գերագույն հրամանատարությունից և կոչված լինենք մեր մարտական խնդիրները կատարելու այնպես, ինչպես սովոր էինք կատարել։ Այո, դժվարին օրեր են մեզ համար, սակայն դժվարությունները ոչ թե մեզ կքելու, ընկճելու, հուսահատեցնելու համար են, այլ ավելի զորացնելու, ավելի ամրապնդելու և ավելի մղելու առաջ մեր երազները, մեր ձգտումները և մեր տեսիլքները իրականացնելու համար։ Մենք պարտվել ենք պատերազմում, մենք կորցրել ենք մեր հայրենիքի ամենաթանկ հատվածը, սակայն այդ պարտությունը եղել է քաղաքական պարտություն։ Այդ պարտության դառն ճաշակումը գտել է մեր բանակը, մեր պետությունն իր ամբողջության մեջ։ Ամրացրեք ձեր սրտերը, վերականգնեք ձեր հավատքը, վերականգնեք և հաստատեք հայոց սպայի պատիվը, որովհետև մեր թշնամիները ուրախանում են մեր տկարությամբ»,- ասաց Բագրատ Սրբազանը:
