Մենք կոչված ենք վերականագնել մեր պատիվը, ուրախութունը, հայոց բանակի հաղթական ավանդույթները եւ շարունակել նրա հաղթական շքերթը: Այս մասին բանակի օրվա կապակցությամբ ասել է Սրբազան պայքարի առաջնորդ Բագրատ Արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը:
«Հայոց բանակը 33 տարեկան է, ձեւավորվել է ամենադժնդակ պայմաններում, երբ զինվորական արվեստին ոչ մի բանով ծանոթ մարդիկ՝ մշակներ, մտավորականներ, գիտնականներ, նվիրյալ հայորդիներ վճռեցին եւ որոշեցին, ոտքի կանգնել, ազատագրել Արցախ աշխարհը, պաշտպանել Հայաստանի սահամանները, վերականգնել մեր պատիվը, որ դարերի ընթացքում փորձել են խլել մեզանից դարերի ընթացքում: Այսուհանդերձ այսօր գտնվում ենք խոցված վիճակում, գողացված պատվի եւ գողացված ուրախության ժամանակներում: Մենք կոչված ենք վերականագնել մեր պատիվը, ուրախութունը, հայոց բանակի հաղթական ավանդույթները եւ շարունակել նրա հաղթական շքերթը»,- ասել է նա:
Նա նշում է, որ 2018 թվականից գողացվել է հաղթանակը, մենք չունենք գերագույն հրամանատարություն. «Այո, դժվարին օրեր են մեզ համար, սակայն դժվարությունները ոչ թե մեզ կքելու, ընկճելու, հուսահատեցնելու համար են, այլ ավելի զորացնելու, ամրապնդելու համար: Մենք պարտվել ենք պատերազմում, մենք կորցրել ենք մեր հայրենիքի ամենաթանկ հատվածը, սակայն այդ պարտությունը եղել է քաղաքական պարտություն, այդ պարտության դառը ճաշակումը գտել է մեր բանակը: Վերականգնեք ձեր հավատը, վերականգնեք եւ հաստատեք հայոցսպայի պատիվը, որովհետեւ մեր թշնամինեչր ուրախանում են մեր տկարությամբ, սակայն հայոց աշխարհի անվտանգության երաշխիքը կա եւ մնում է հայոց բանակը: Շնորհավոր տոնդ, հայոց բանա΄կ, եւ վերստին մեր խոնարհումը, մեր ուխտը մեր երդումը մեր բոլոր նահատակների առջեւ, որպեսզի կարողանանք իրենց իսկ հայրենիք եւ երազ վերադարձնենք»:
