Մի շտապեք հայտարարագիր լրացնել, քանի որ հնարավոր է՝ 3000 դրամները ձեզնից գանձվեն։ Ինչպես հիշում ենք, իր վերջին հարցազրույցում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել է, որ էլեկտրոնային ստորագրության ստացման համար 3000 դրամները չեղարկելու են։

«Մենք որոշում ենք կայացրել՝ էլեկտրոնային ստորագրության ստացման համար վճարները չեղարկելու ենք, այսինքն՝ էլեկտրոնային ստորագրություն ստանալու համար 3000 դրամ վճար էր նախատեսված, այդ 3000 դրամը կհանենք»,– ասել է Փաշինյանը։ 

Սակայն համակարգը դեռ այս հայտարարությանը չի արձագանքել:

MediaHub-ը, նախ, կապ հասատատեց էլեկտրոնային կառավարման ենթակառուցվածքների ներդրման գրասենյակի՝ Ekeng.am-ի հետ, որտեղից նշեցին՝ քանի որ քաղաքական հայտարարություն է արվել, ապա իրենք իրենց կայքում կտեղեկացնեն։

Նշենք, որ մեր դիմելու պահին կայքում որևէ կերպ հայտարարություն չկար այս խնդրի մասով: Հակառակը՝ մուտք գործելով Ekeng.am կայք, ուղեցույց կար, թե ինչպես ձեռք բերել էլեկտրոնային ստորագրություն և որ ծառայության տարեկան գումարը 3000 ՀՀ դրամ է։ 

MediaHub-ն էլ փորձեց վճարային տերմինալի օգնությամբ վճարել և տեսնել՝ արդյո՞ք 3000–ական դրամը գանձվում է քաղաքացուց, ով այս պահին որոշել է դա ձեռք բերել և, ըստ էության, չի լսել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը: Ըստ այդմ էլ պարզեցինք, որ այս պահի դրությամբ չեղարկումը դեռ ուժի մեջ չի մտել, դրանից էլ զատ՝ գործարքը կատարելու համար գոյություն ունի միջնորդավճար:

Ի դեպ, նյութն արդեն պատրաստ էր թողարկման, երբ հայտնաբերեցինք, որ Ekeng.am -ում հրապարակվել է հայտարարություն, որից տեղեկանում ենք.

«Էլեկտրոնային ստորագրության համար սահմանված տարեկան վճարից ազատման մասին․

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները 2025 թվականին կազատվեն էլեկտրոնային ստորագրության ակտիվացման տարեկան 3000 ՀՀ դրամ վճարից՝ սկսած սույն թվականի փետրվարի 1-ից:

Այս նախաձեռնության նպատակն է հեշտացնել և խթանել քաղաքացիների համար էլեկտրոնային ստորագրության ձեռքբերումը և օգտագործումը՝ պետական և մասնավոր թվային ծառայություններից օգտվելիս, այդ թվում՝ ֆիզիկական անձանց տարեկան եկամուտները հայտարարագրելիս»:

Ի դեպ, հարցը՝ մինչ այս պահը 3000 դրամները վճարած քաղաքացիներին իրենց գումարները կվերադարձվեն, թե՞ ոչ, մնաց անպատասխան. MediaHub-ին որևէ հստակ պատասխան այս մասով չտվեցին, ընդամենը խոստացան, որ տեղեկատվությունը կարտացոլվի կայքում:  Բայց հասկանալի է, որ մեր այս հարցը հռետորականի շարքից է, և ոչ մի գումար և ոչ մեկին էլ չեն վերադարձնի:
