Հայկական միջնադարյան նշանավոր վանական համալիրներից է Դադիվանքը (Խութավանք), որի մասին մատենագիտական առաջին հիշատակումները վերաբերում են 9-րդ դարին։ Ավանդության համաձայն՝ եկեղեցին հիմնվել է սբ․ Թադեոս առաքյալի հետևորդ Դադեի կողմից՝ 1-ին դարում։ Եղել է Խաչենի կրոնական ու մշակութային խոշոր կենտրոն։ Գլխավոր եկեղեցին Կաթողիկե Սուրբ Նշանն է, որը 1214 թվականին կառուցել է Հաթերքի հայոց մեծ իշխան Վախթանգի կինը՝ Արզուխաթունը։ Հայտնի է, որ Դադիվանքում 1184 թվականին Մխիթար Գոշն ավարտել է իր հռչակավոր «Դատաստանագիրք Հայոց»-ը։ Վանական համալիրի տարածքում պահպանվել են բազմաթիվ խաչքարեր ու որմնագիր հայալեզու արձանագրություններ։ 2021 թվականի մայիսից հայերի մուտքն օկուպացված Դադիվանքի տարածք արգելվել է ադրբեջանցիների կողմից։ Այս մասին գրել է «Գեղարդ» հիմնադրամը։
Թեև ուդիները քրիստոնյաներ են և կրել են հայ ժողովրդի մշակութային ազդեցությունը, եղել են Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու հետևորդներ, սակայն Դադիվանքի եկեղեցական ճարտարապետությունն ու նյութական մշակույթը վկայում են վանական համալիրի հայկական լինելու մասին։
