ԱՄՆ-ն ուժեղացնում է իր ներկայությունը Հարավային Կովկասում

ԱՄՆ նախագահի պաշտոնում Դոնալդ Թրամփի ընտրությունից հետո շատ վերլուծաբաններ կարծիք էին հայտնում, որ Սպիտակ տան նոր վարչակազմը կենտրոնանալու է իր ներքին հարցերի վրա, իսկ Հարավային Կովկասն ու ԱՄՆ տարածքից դուրս գտնվող այլ տարածաշրջաններ չեն լինելու ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Այս կանխատեսումն արդեն իսկ հերքվել է, քանի որ ԱՄՆ նոր վարչակազմի պրոակտիվ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը հակառակն է ապացուցում։
Նախօրեին ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանի հետ։ Ի թիվս այլ հարցերի քննարկել են նաև «Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև կայուն և արժանապատիվ խաղաղության կարևորությունը»։
Երեկ նաև հայտնի դարձավ, որ պետդեպարտամենտի Եվրոպայի և Եվրասիայի հարցերով բյուրոյի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում նշանակվել է Լուիս Բոնոն, որը նախկինում կովկասյան բանակցությունների գծով Բայդենի վարչակազմի խորհրդականն էր։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները Բոնոյին ներկայացնում էին որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի համանախագահ, ամերիկյան կողմն էլ առանձնապես դեմ չէր այդ ձևակերումներին։ Ընդ որում, Բոնոն ոչ միայն լավ է ճանաչում տարածաշրջանը, այլև մի քանի անգամ խնդիրներ է ունեցել Բաքվի իշխանությունների հետ։ Մի անգամ նույնիսկ Ադրբեջանը թույլ չէր տվել Բոնոյի այցը Երևանից Բաքու։
Լուիս Բոնոն երեկ փակ հանդիպում է ունեցել ԱՄՆ-ում Թուրքիայի դեսպան Սեդաթ Օնալի հետ՝ քննարկելու տարածաշրջանի հարցերը։ Ըստ վերլուծաբանների, ԱՄՆ-ը տարածաշրջանի «նայող» է նշանակել Թուրքիային, բայց և մտադիր չէ կողքից դիտորդի դերում լինել։ Մերձավոր Արևելքում և Հարավային Կովկասում ԱՄՆ-ը սեփական շահերն ու հետաքրքրություններն ունի։ Օրերս էլ պետքարտուղար Ռուբիոն նշել էր, թե ԱՄՆ-ը չի վտանգելու իր շահերը։ Վերջին զարգացումները ցույց են տալիս, որ ԱՄՆ նոր իշխանությունը՝ Դոնալդ Թրամփի գլխավորությամբ, նվազեցնելու փոխարեն ավելի է ակտիվացնելու իր ներկայությունը թե՛ Հարավային Կովկասում, թե՛ այլ, կարևոր տարածաշրջաններում՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով։
