Trina Solar-ը նոր համաշխարհային ռեկորդ է սահմանել որոշակի տեսակի արևային մոդուլի էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետության առումով, հայտնում է Reuters-ը, գրում է ixbt.com-ը։ Համաձայն Գերմանիայի Fraunhofer CalLab-ի արևային էներգիայի հետազոտական կենտրոնի կողմից հաստատված արդյունքների լաբորատոր փորձարկումներում Trina-ի մեծ մակերեսով HJT մոդուլները հասել են 25,44 % արդյունավետության:
Բջիջների արդյունավետությունը որոշում է սարքին դիպչող այն արևային էներգիայի տոկոսով, որը վերածվում է օգտագործելի էլեկտրականության: Բջջի արդյունավետության բարձրացումը կարող է օգնել նվազեցնել արևային կայանքների համար անհրաժեշտ չափերը և նաև նվազեցնել ծախսերը: Սիդնեյի Նոր Հարավային Ուելսի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Մարտին Գրինը, ում լաբորատորիան տասնամյակներ շարունակ պահպանում էր արևային բջիջների արդյունավետության ռեկորդը, ասել է, որ այս նոր արդյունքը ցույց է տալիս արևային HJT տեխնոլոգիայի ներուժը, որը մի քանի հավակնորդներից մեկն է դառնալու արևային էներգիայի հատվածում հաջորդ սերնդի գերիշխող տեխնոլոգիայում։ «Երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում ամեն ինչ արդյունավետության հետ է կապված, այնպես որ, նույնիսկ, եթե որոշ լուծումներ ներկայումս ավելի թանկ են, քան մյուսները, բայց սովորաբար, քանի որ արդյունաբերությունն ընդունում է նոր տեխնոլոգիաները դրանց արժեքը բավականին արագ է նվազում», - ասել է Գրինը Reuters-ին:
Trina-ի հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է, որ արդյունքները ոչ միայն ռեկորդ են սահմանել HJT տեխնոլոգիայի համար, այլ նաև նոր կարևոր իրադարձություն են մոնոբյուրեղային սիլիցիումային արևային մոդուլների ֆոտոգալվանային փոխակերպման արդյունավետության մեջ:
