Ազգային ժողովի Եվրաինտեգրման հանձնաժողովն այսօր արտահերթ նիստում քննարկելու է «Եվրամիության անդամակցության մեկնարկի մասին» օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը։ Գրեթե առանց կասկածի իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության պատգամավորները կողմ կքվեարկեն նախագծին թե՛ հանձնաժողովի նիստում, թե՛ արդեն լիագումար նիստում։ ՔՊ-ին վերջին հանձնարարությունը տրվել է երեկ, շվեյցարական Դավոսից. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պանելային քննարկմանը հայտարարել է, թե մեծ հավանականությամբ Ազգային ժողովը կընդունի նախագիծը:

Այսպես կոչված «Եվրաքվե»-ի հարցում վերջին շաբաթներին իշխանությունն առանձնակի նախանձախնդիր է, թեև նախաձեռնության սկզբնական փուլում քպականները հնարավորինս զերծ էին մնում դրա մասին կարծիք հայտնելուց, իսկ Եվրաինտեգրման հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արման Եղոյանը նույնիսկ չէր բացառում դրան դեմ քվեարկելը, հայտարարում էր, որ այն դեռ չի հասունացել։ Ի սկզբանե, անհայտ էր, որ ՔՊ-ն չի ցանկանում եվրաինտեգրման նախաձեռնությունը թողնել այլ, թեկուզ իրեն սպասարկող արևմտամետ ուժերին, փորձելու է ինքը քաղել դրա պտուղները։

«Եվրաքվե»-ն ընդունելու հարկադրանքն Արևմուտքից է, և այժմ ՔՊ-ն փորձում է իր ձեռքը վերցնել սանձերը, հանրությանն էլ, արևմտյան գործընկերներին էլ համոզել, թե դա իր նախաձեռնածն է։ Հատկապես առաջիկա զարգացումների ֆոնին, երբ չեն բացառվում անգամ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, ՔՊ-ի այս վարքագիծը թե՛ հասկանալի է, թե՛ օբյեկտիվ։ Ի վերջո, Փաշինյանը, որքան էլ ՌԴ-ից վերջին շրջանում մեղմացած հռետորաբանությանը, հասկանում է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ում և ԵԱՏՄ-ում ինքն անելիք չունի, հանուն սեփական իշխանության երկարաձգման պատրաստ է վտանգել ՀՀ ինքնիշխանությունն ու քաղաքացիների բարեկեցությունը։ Իսկ իշխանության երկարաձգման երաշխիքներ նրան միայն Արևմուտքն է տալիս։
